Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, January 23, 2015 in the chapel of Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home with the Rev. Billy Jackson officiating. Interment will follow in the Garden of Angels at Crestview Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 in the evening of Thursday, January 22, 2015 at the funeral home.

Virginia was born July 11, 1940 in Wilson, Oklahoma to Thomas and Lola (Robinson) Foster. She was a nurses aid in the healthcare industry and spent all of her life in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was a member if First Pentecostal Church of God where she was in charge of the prayer chain. Virginia was a loving and caring mother, grand-mother, great grand-mother and sister. She will be missed by all of her family and friends.

Virginia is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Perry Williams, son, Johnny Jackson, daughters, Linda Berry and Debbie Tucker and one grandson, Jonathan Jackson.

She is survived by her sons, James Jackson, Billy Jackson, Jerry Jackson, Kenneth Jackson and Ricky Jackson, daughters, Dorothy Lambert and Peggy Jackson, sister, Alice Welch and brother, Jimmy Foster and her beloved dog Dixie.
