The front staff are courteous and friendly. The services provided are excellent and Dr. Patel is thorough. I have since returned for teeth cleaning and plan to reschedule.

I really had high hopes for this place. The hygienist was good, and Dr. Patel was pleasant...But the younger, Chinese doctor was a nightmare. He was insensitive, and dismissive and did additional treatments I did not ask for, WITHOUT MY CONSENT, mainly because it was "convenient" for him since my mouth was already numb. I kept urging him I only wanted two and he determined my choice was not going to be respected.

For the first few visits, my experience was positive. On the last visit, I received a deep cleaning, which required numbing the right side of my mouth. And, I also decided to fill 2 fillings. I expressed that early on because I had limited time and did not want my mouth to undergo so much work at once.

UNFORTUNATELY, the Chinese doctor (Whatever his name is) decided I needed to fill six fillings, even though I told him I was only able to two do that day. He dismissed me and said he was going to do it anyway since my mouth was already numb (Consent?) While he was drilling, he went to the front desk to tell them to modify my co-pay for the additional service I DID NOT CONSENT for him to provide! I was flabbergasted. This was clearly a violation.

I am currently looking into legal counsel because what they did was against my consent. I am reporting them and will NOT go back. They have not called me to apologize for the blatant violation, which shows this is a commonplace practice.

WARNING!! TOO EXPENSIVE..
even with 2 insurances i still have a copay of $780 for a single tooth root canal.. DAMN!

Dentists and stuff are very upfront with patients need. Professional with their craft.

All the staff there beginning with Kenia are all amazing! Taylor too is very nice and reassuring. All 3 of the dental hygienists that have helped me are all very kind and gentle. Dr. Patel is amazingly gentle and positive. I am so happy to have found them. I brought my husband and daughters and we will probably go here for the rest of our lives.

Dr. Patel and his team are awesome. Super friendly and easy to talk to. I don't have the greatest teeth and usually my experience with cleaning with other dentist are a bit painful. First time i had a painless cleaning. They did not try to sell me other unnecessary procedures (like antibiotics shots) highly recommend!

Excellent staff and customer service. My LO felt extremely safe and comfortable with everyone. Definitely will be bringing my other kids here. Awesome.

This is for the Hemet location. Their so call dentist for children is a joke. They strap my child because she started crying. The dentist there is not compassionate and she kicked me out of the room because my kid was crying. I recommend to take your children to a pediatric dentist. Now my child has trauma. I found a pediatric dentist that is helping my child with trauma. Don't bring your kids to this dental office!
