University of New Orleans Reviews
Rating 3.66 out of 5 801 reviews
I had a decent experience with UNO. The professors in chemistry and biology were amazing. Physics… that was another story. I had such a bad experience with physics. I passed but I had to seek outside help. The campus had to take measures to place security at multiple entrances because cars were getting broken into. I had to take all day classes to feel safe on campus. The school overall has been trying to ensure the students get what they need, but unfortunately it’s becoming unsafe, this was as of 2021.
The University of New Orleans is a great college and the best in New Orleans. One example is that their tutors are very helpful and you will definitely succeed. They have a lot of programs that help students financially when they can't meet all their financial needs. The campus is really great and anyone who goes there could say the same!
Overall, the University of New Orleans is a great school. They have campus sources that allow students and alumni to have the opportunity to make connections in a wide array of majors. They have career service fairs that allow students to make connections with services that will help them find jobs in the careers that they want. They also offer disability accommodations and veteran services as well as healthcare services.
