Universal Contracting

He took our deposit of $22,900 on 08/01. Did not deliver wood panels until 3 weeks later. He broke up all communication for 1/1/2 weeks. when he re-established communication he did not give us a delivery sate on the shingles. We never received materials to start the project When we asked him to provide us with an invoice for the wood and return the rest of the deposit he became threatening and threatened to hire an attorney and to charge us a restocking fee. We have lost $22,900 with no work done.

I would highly recommend. Everything John said he was going to do he did. They did a great job and they cleaned up.

I had a problem with a heating unit. John, the owner, called me promptly and came out in the evening to give me a free estimate. It turned out to be a small job which he took care of right away. The fact that he is bilingual and could communicate well with my tenant was a huge plus. Will definitely call him again.

We had a leak in our roof, and were concerned, because we didn't have the money at the time to replace the roof. John was kind and compassionate. He educated me on my options, didn't just give me a quote. On top of that, he was lower than all the other quotes I got. I would recommend him over and over. It's nice to know that there are still some people aren't going to take advantage of your bad luck.
