United Collection Bureau, Inc UCB Violation of FDCPA harrasing customers, disclosing personal and private information to customers of Citibank Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

I worked for UCB for two years and since I started in 2010 the FDCPA law was never used, after the fact they started to use it but the collectors there or people they hired don't have any collection experience, the add for employment was listed on the sales side, just to pay low wages than experience collectors will request. The management team or executive team don't even know the collection side or legal side, none have a legal background maybe as collectors in companies that when out of business for not following regulations, family, friends, you also see a lot of husbands and wifes working there. A lot of sleeping around between each other, and after someone finds out then they move one of them to another building, no ethics for a company dealing with your personal information, nothing professional, and I saw all this with my own eyes, not that I care in that moment because was none of my business, but then I was attack by someone that because had a position thought that was a better person than me and was fired thinking I was going to turn around and say ok. They do that and take all the abuse by the owner, no respect for the selfs. I try contacting Citibank directly left messages, send emails, the reason is they provide the accounts to them, representing Citi, so everything falls on them. I see a lot of complaints against UCB and they don't do anything till law suits start coming, I think that is going to be the only way to teach them. When I was hired I was never told of pay reduction if you don't hit your quote, or even if they do, they don't, but if they do, does not even show an amount of reduction for how much wil be cut, I have the employees handbook. This company calls people over and over after being told not to call, that is harrasing, they call your neighbors to make you embarrassed and for people to know that you owe money and don't pay your bills, they tell you that. They a going to garnish your wages, place liens in you properties, and vehicles, garnish your bank accounts, place you under arrest, this company CAN'T do that because they don't file to the. Courts, don't have an attorney, and even attorneys can't even do that, first you have to be in court and given a court order and you will have to be in default before anything can happen, I wish UCB will call me to collect a debt. I do have legal experience, and 15 years in collections in all field including medical with HIPPAA Law. Employees go there drunk, high and call customers, they are supposed to record every conversation and I have dates and times of a lot of the broken laws they made by what they call the best collectors, or better what they compare me when I didn't hit my quote and the reason given to me, how can they meet their quote and not me, when I told them, well I follow guide lines and they don't, I don't treat people and they do, I guess the. Truth hurts for real, then I got fired when I to,d them I been gottering information for the past few months. You also have the supervisors playing around with the women, I'm surprise no sexual harassment law suits yet. I also saw a complaint by another employee that an employee mentioned something about killing him, well same thing happen to me right in front of supervisors and directors and when I got up to show him a lesson that don't come with that to me, a was told was my fault, when I was sitting on my desk and two people came to my desk, husband and wife. Another thing is last year the police was called for a bomb treat, that is on record after I told the owner not to hire the person about a month earlier, they didn't. Pay attention, not only playing with people's life and consumers information, they had a sign in the front entrance that said no weapons allowed, they had a few problems on that company before, you dealing with people's money and supervisors will take Manley out of your desk to give it to someone they like or think they are going to get something in turn, also have proof of that with account numbers and dates. Companies like that don't need to be in business, using information for their benefit, nothing professional about them. I'm in the process of going public with this case and will guarantee that a lot of people will jump in the wagon, law suites will go on after people know and learn on what to do in case debt collection companies like that call you. I been in different companies but never encountered something like this, the owner don't like to listen as long as he has money flowing. Really can't say nothing bad about him because personally he didn't attack me, was the people controlling the company, I know how he treats them but I was never treated in a bad way from him, I could say that about him, I see the good and the bad of the company, he did had a good thing that was very surprise when I had a medical issue, but at the end I got fired and he didn't listen to my defense and now I'm fighting back and will do what it takes to bring them down even if I have to write comments everywhere, someone will listen and will take action
