The USSP2400-LF from Z-COMM is a Voltage Controlled Oscillator that operates from 2400 to 2485 MHz. The device can be tuned over a voltage range of 0.5 to 2.5 Vdc with a tuning sensitivity of 120 MHz/V. It has a phase noise of -83 dBc/Hz @10 kHz offset.
