Stressing Atmosphere

This job is very stressing. Preference in every department. You have to abase to the supervisors to be on their good side. So glad I left this job. The only good side is the experience

Micro management

If you do not have call center experience I highly do not recommend this job to anyone that is actively looking for a job. the job will drain you mentally and physically.management is very unprofessional and untrained. They play favorites. If you are not one of their favorites they will give the cold shoulder.when you ask for help they will ignore you and tell you figure out on your own. If you keep asking for help they will get mad and will make a post about you in the group chat instead of responding to your questions . There is a no cell phone policy for the employees but the supervisors can use their phone for personal use.Every week they want you to come in a whole hour early to sit in a team meeting or a “1 on 1” just to tell you how you are not meeting the company requirements. Your call can not go over 5 mins and that means call notes included but you can’t rush the callers off the phone. You can only go to the restroom twice before they call you out about your away time.your 30min lunch is not 30 mins they expect you to be back at your desk and clocked before the end of the 30mins. Parking is horrid because it’s 6 others company sharing one parking lot. At the beginning of the shift you can not clock in until a minute before your start of shift because they will write you up. you can’t prolong a call at end of shift because they don’t want to pay you over time .they will monitor your call time and tell your call is taking to long.if you disposition the call wrong that a write up .they make changes to the work material and your not update about it. the office environment -

It’s has it’s up and downs.

Starting off with The office is nice but no parking included, you have to pay for it which is an insane amount. Management is hit or miss. Some micromanage like crazy whileOthers are okay. Can be very stressful at times because they don’t take time to properly train employees. Pay is bad compared to everywhere else but benefits are ok.

Would not recommend

If you are looking to be trained correctly, a job that is caring about the employees not just having a body in the seat to take a call go then go to a different company. They only care about their stats with the vendors they are contacting with not the employees well being.

Best company I’ve worked for that continues to grow and improve

The company itself it’s transparent with all that it offers starting with their benefits and incentives. The best perk is the fact that they are an employee owned company and the day you retire you have a vested amount for your future. They provide you with all their policies up front so you learn, listen and grow successfully in your position. I love to help promote the use of their tools that made be successful in my position. And the management team was there to help me reach my goals. Key to me was having great communication with management that I noticed improved my growth and experience. In addition I surrounded myself with smart, humble and hard working people that made me excel.

Poor training standards and practices

Everything is rushed the training is poor at best. Take very little input about improvement changes. The training does not apply to all learning types

USCB has made great strides in improving our training curriculum over the last several years. We have worked diligently on creating a Training and Development Department that is effective and efficient for all. Many of our employees have found our training to be what they needed to be successful in their role.

Waste of time!

What is the best part of working at the company?Working from home is the best part of working at USCB America! What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Everythang...the management is the worst it's very poor, the company is unprofessional, unorganized, nobody knows anything and no help. They also do not take accountability for nothing at all. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Working in the office was terrible. No fresh air folks coughing, ill, no proper cleaning junk, and they give out used headsets that was used by otha folks ewww🤮🤮🤮...What is a typical day like for you at the company?Very messy, no help and no response when you reach out to management for any kinda help.

Would not work here, unless you want to be micro managed

I would not work here ever again. They mirco manage you like crazy, write you up for every little thing and after that they will fire you. So fair warning I would steer clear of this company.

USCB has very high standards and expectations for making sure all employees are following our policies and procedures. Disciplinary actions are given not only to protect our clients but to hopefully change behavior for a positive impact in the employee's career at USCB.

Fun workplace

Overall great job. Worked there for 4 years. Co workers were nice, steady pay, easy job. Management needed improvement and more training. A bunch of fun activities planned through the months.

Terrible Department

Management is horrible they always like to micromanage, my lead is very passive aggressive and tends to show favoritism towards others that she liked. The pay is horrible and parking was expensive, and having to deal with immature coworkers that loves to start drama and talk about each other

A stressful workplace

The company don’t care for their employees, don’t give proper training , you stay changing departments, you don’t feel uncomfortable asking a supervisor for help .

We have brought our employees in the office and back home to ensure we were complying with local and state requirements during a pandemic. The health and safety of you, our employee, is extremely important to us.

Great work environment. Beautiful office & location. Friendly co-workers & Great supervisors and managers.

I worked at USCB for a little under a year, in both the Administrative department and Customer Service department. You learn a lot about medical billing and coding and how to use multiple applications including Epic. My managers and supervisors from both departments are great trainers and they’ll go an extra mile to make sure you fully understand the workflow so you can push your productivity to it’s highest potential. USCB really brings a family aspect to it so they make you feel like you’re important. USCB is a team based atmosphere, coworkers are always there to help you if you get stuck or fall behind.

Underpaid and high school environment. Also have to pay for parking everyday

I did not like working here. Extremely underpaid and I was harassed by management. Had to pay for parking. Management promotes friends even when someone else is more qualified.
