25 PTO days with the ability to buy 15 more and 2:1 401k matching on up to 4% are great.
Best part of this employee are the benefits. Health insurance , vision and dental that covers a lot . Also PTO and PTO you can buy more of ,3 months Paid maternity leave . Work from home is available in some departments

401k retirement matching is great
Competitive with other firms except for having no stock options.
Good 401k matching. Our health insurance was recently switched to Cigna which has caused significant problems with employees unable to find providers in network or have procedures covered.
They removed the pension when I worked there and the 401k match was deceased. They made tution reimbursement difficult.
