TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of a request (ECF No. 27) for an extension of the return date for the pending motions to dismiss and motion for sanctions (ECF Nos. 11, 13, and 19) given Elite Terrazzo Flooring, Inc.'s ("Elite") failure to file a timely opposition to the motions. Elite's opposition to the motion to dismiss and motion for sanctions (ECF Nos. 11 and 13) was due 9/8/15. Elite's opposition to the motion to dismiss (ECF No. 19) was due on 9/21/15. On September 28, 2015, Elite filed oppositions to all motions and a notice for a motion to compel arbitration. However, Elite filed one omnibus brief opposing all pending motions against it as well as supporting its motion to compel (See ECF No. 26 entry: "BRIEF in Opposition filed by ELITE TERRAZZO FLOORING, INC. re 19 MOTION to Dismiss, 11 MOTION to Dismiss, 25 MOTION to Compel Arbitration, 13 MOTION for Sanctions (ABRAHAMSEN, RICHARD) (Entered: 09/28/2015)".)
