Excellent service and professionalism along with attention to detail makes for a great Attorney!

Mr. Kinnard has rendered excellent service for our family with professionalism. He has explained the process and answered any questions we've had efficiently. Our first hearing didn't go as planned but Mr. Kinnard assured us that everything will be alright and he's treated our loved one with nothing but dignity and respect. Joe Cooper has been an outstanding source of support to our family as well. Thank you both for all you do!

The worst human being, defending A S S--- H OLES PIECE OF S H I T. Nobody should go through the he'll Natalia went through. She was manipulated to the point of believing all the lies. Imagine your daughter or someone who you really love on her shoes. She wasn't crazy, she was only looking for someone to love her...she was only a little girl who was rejected by so many stupid adults. This story is just unbelievable. I can only agree that the level of ignorance in the US is really high. Hope the universe and karma get to his family ASAP.

Accountant

Mr. Kinnard is a very dishonest attorney telling me things which was not true. When he consulted with me he talked about a lot of things that was irrelevant to the case. He never respond back to you in a timely manner and when he does he give you the same information that he gave previous “I don’t have any information at this time I’m waiting to hear back from the court” this went on for weeks. So then I decided to hire another attorney who was very professional and tentative to my case. If I would have let Mr. Kinnard represent me the judge probably would have gave me the maximum amount of time because Mr. Kinnard wasn’t prepared for my case. I would never hire him again. Be aware he’s a fast talker who makes a lie sound good. When it’s time for court he will cram everything together. He’s very unorganized, unprofessional, dishonest and will charge you for services that he did not do.

I "DO NOT" recommend this law firm to anyone. I had a very unpleasant experience with Mr Kinnard and Joe his paralegal. After talking with Joe about my case we agreed on a price with Terrance’s approval. I had two meetings with Terrance Kinnard before my court date. At both meetings Terrance gave me a lot of false hope. In a desperate time honesty is important. I was told one thing from Joe the paralegal and another from Terrance. On the day of court Terrance was unfamiliar with events that had taken place with my case. After court my fiancé was notified about a fee dispute. We were given a two hour window to pay "DOUBLE" the amount we originally agreed upon and if not Terrance was taken himself off the case. "DO NOT HIGHER KINNARD IF YOU WANT HONESTY AND PROFESSIONALISM"

As you know your case had several significant challenges most of which involved matters outside the State of Indiana. Truly, Joe and I did our best in communicating with all the different parties, both inside this State and outside. Even though our efforts did get you the result you desired, we are very sorry that it took us several days longer than we anticipated. Our intention was never to deliver you false hope. We did our very best to get other judicial agencies to move as quickly as possible. However, as you know, I coordinated with your attorney in your home State as I am only licensed in Indiana and the matters outside of Indiana were beyond my control or ability to correct. We are sorry that you were not 100% satisfied. We take client satisfaction very seriously. Rest assured we will use your input to improve our services in the future.
