                Pros

Nice working environment, benefit, nice colleagues

                Cons

The senior leadership team really needs to be careful of the director level people that they hire. Some of them are not good leaders. They make decisions without knowing the full context of the science background, and they waste lots of Takeda money on collaborations that lead to nothing. There is a huge waste on the budget at the end of fiscal year, and lots of equipment was bought but only used for a handful of times. Hiring manager hired people at levels that they do not deserve regardless of other people's opinion.

If I’ve done 3 rounds, an e-mail exercise and then the hiring manager wants me to meet with the CEO after the exercise with the interview being end of day…is that a good sign? What should I expect? He also asked for references last Friday because they want to decide this week, prior to this final interview. I’m assuming it’s between me and maybe one other person? The interview is today at 4:30.

I had a final round interview last Wednesday (3/27) Junior HR person I have been in touch with was OOO until today, so she answered my follow up today sharing the email of one of my interviewers (as requested), but didn’t say anything about next steps or being in touch. Is that a bad sign?

How should I prepare for a scenario based interview for a receptionist position? I've had formal interviews before wherein scenarios were simply asked and I answered in return, but are there any other examples or tests I should be prepared for just in case? Also, roleplay is my sore-spot, so any advice and support on how to handle that if it's thrown at me would also be appreciated 👍🏼 Thanks!
