Pros
One of Leader in Payments Domain Business. Good Workplace. Supportive Team. Healthy Personal life balance. A bunch of Career growth can be seen & achieved.
Cons
Work Location is restricted to 2-3 location so hard for someone who is looking to get transferred to a desired location other than business presence it had in India. Hard for someone who is not used to support for US business hours in case if you are supposed to work in that time zone. It can also be flexible in some cases but not a mandatory.

Pros
The environment is very laid back in the Golden office, but that stems from the days when this location was Procard before TSYS acquired them. Everyone here is friendly. Free bottled water, teas, soda, coffee. Lenient on days off as long as work is completed.
Cons
They don't seem to want to spend any money on just maintaining the data center they have. About 3 years behind the curve. Most equipment is end of life or warranty. Seems difficult to get pay increases and when they are given it's a nominal amount of money. Lots of red tape to get through to get needed items. Impossible to get quality training for anything related to your field.

Pros
It is better than being unemployed?
Cons
Oh where to begin. Management has no clue to what is going on. We have more managers than workers. Forget working hard there really is no point everyone gets the same performance rating and the same raise. You might as well do like everyone else and just show up. I suggest you focus your true energy on finding another job.

Pros
Good location, ample parking. Competitive pay and benefits.
Cons
Very petty and cliquey. The company does not value development and will not set expectations for performance. You will get a verbal warning from management if your chat is not set to the appropriate status (e.g., don't dare put it on away while you're at your desk). You will be micromanaged to the minute of your day (e.g., you took a bathroom break at 2:10pm even though you took one at 1:12pm?). I once got "shushed" in a meeting by a "leader" where I, a project manager, was giving a status update about my project. If you want to work in a real life version of the Office Space movie, this is the place for you.

Pros
There are almost always opportunities to grow and learn within this company. Many people started out on the help desk, and used that as a stepping stone to other departments, from programming, to finance, to marketing, lots of variety and chances to make a difference.
Cons
Although the company strives to achieve a unified corporate mentality, the reality is that different locations often serve widely different markets and have different operational needs. This dichotomy can be challenging at time.
