Management was great.

I had a great manager that empowered me and trusted me to make the right call with clients. Ultimately sales was not something I enjoyed especially coming from nursing. It felt to profit motivated and less motivated by best practice for patient care and I didn't care for that.

As an administrative assistant I was responsible for assisting the product managers and sales team globally. This job have helped me to deal with different cultures around the world and have taught me speed and consistency.

Productive and goal oriented business

My experience here was very interesting. Working with third party manufacturers and audits of those facilities was a new opportunity for me. TAP was very compliant company. Starbucks in the cafeteria and an on-site gym were some of the bonuses. However, that facility that I worked at is now owned by Abbott Laboratories.

Business Atmosphere to work in.

TAP was a fast past company to work for and had many opportunity for advance. Unfortunately, the company was brought out of business. TAP paid for your education and extended great benefits to their employees.

Wonderful working staff

Make sure meeting are scheduled and product managers are set to go. Very diverse Keeping track of the calendars for the different time zones. Working shows to show off the TAP products

Very competitive but typical of industry.

Impressive growth company but because not always within the letter of the FDA guidelines had some fine issues after I left. Some of my greatest and worst managers were at TAP.

what I learned

This was my first pharma job! I really succeeded out of the gate and became the number 1 rep very quickly! TAP was a great place to start in Primary care!!

Best culture.

Great bunch of hard charging sales people. Hard work and great sales results were rewarded. It was rewarding selling a product that saved patients lives.

this company was a really great place to work. the teams were collaborative and strong. you had the ability to make business decisions in the territory you managed. the management team was truly an extension of the field based selling team. the marketing was patient focused. very friendly but competitive work environment. you were rewarded and recognized for your hard work.

Excellent Pay and Management

This was a great company, you work hard and you get compensated very fairly. It was a great product to sell, training was excellent and management was great. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Excellent company to work for

Worked at TAP for 9 years before it was acquired by Takeda Pharmaceuticals. The atmosphere was very friendly. Had good management. Everyone worked well with each other. They recognized employees efforts and made them feel as though they were part of the company culture.

Great Company

Fun work place with supportive management. Good teamwork with co-workers and management. Compensation is fair. Thorough training on product knowledge. Would recommend working at this company.
