Michael J Putman MD - Fertility Center of Dallas

Anyone going through this, it's not easy I realize. I went through a lot of emotions...anger, hate, guilt, frustration, happiness, sadness...everything. Please stay faithful, don't stress, don't let it affect your relationship, be determined but don't focus so much that you're trying to push something that doesn't fit, let God do his thing. Sometimes it's the journey & not always the destination.

If you need to scream, cuss, talk please holler at me bc I understand that frustration.

We have a beautiful absolutely perfect son but I truly now cherish the journey bc it has changed me, changed me as a mom, changed our relationship.

We tried again & had a ectopic pregnancy which just added to the journey. I now don't see it negatively. I'd like to have a girl now but I'm getting old

If there is anything I can do, guidance or just to be a listening ear please let me know.

After several more visits to Dr. Putman's office and a few more visits with Dr. Putman, I will have to lower his rating to one-star. He is simply interested in the sale and by "the sale" I mean pushing procedures you don't need...and at a hefty pricetag. And if you try taking questions about additional testing or more alternative treatments, he will mock you and shut you down. Unfortunately, you'll find alot of that in the business, but if you read reviews and ask around, you can usually find a decent doctor. This is not the guy though. The only redeeming factor in his entire office is Chrissy, his nurse. She is very sweet, very kind, and will take the time to talk to you. Otherwise, from billing to office management, physician to front desk, these people are a**holes.

This man and all his staff are my heroes. I have healthy twins. This doctor is not in it for the money. He truly wants to help. He's very conservative with his treatments and will not recommend any procedure unless absolutely needed. I love this clinic and would highly recommend to anyone!

I wouldn't even put 1 star. He removed a fibroid tumor after a miscarriage. Which I am grateful for. While doing that he said he ran dye through my tubes to see if they were open. He told me they were. 2 years later I am still not pregnant again. I asked him SEVERAL times. Please do the dye test. I feel like something is wrong. Or, do a Laparoscopy to see if I have scar tissue. His words" I did the dye test you don't need surgery." 2 years ago... Ok, any idiot knows scar tissue will grow and grow fast potentially blocking a tube. He did a sono, jamming it into my cervix looking for my left ovary. He hurt, me physically and financially. I recently went to a different physician and did a dye test. BOTH TUBES ARE BLOCKED! Dr Putman suggestion was straight to IVF!, no dye test, not other exams. Just waste more money on IVF. Oh and here is a bill for jamming a scope in your cervix for $100. Go to this Dr at your own risk or if you feel like wasting time and money. Cheers

This Doctor Changed my life. I was told that I would not have kids and although my journey was a long and expensive one it would not have been possible if it wasn't for Dr. Putman and his staff. When you are going through fertility issues its already a stressful process and you must be reminded that no one can predict what procedures you might or might not get but you must TRUST the process and TRUST that Dr. Putman and the staff are on your side. I could write a book on how amazing Dr. Putman is but I will simply say this. If you come across my comment and you are on the fence with this Doctor. You will not regret going to him. He will be upfront and direct at first and to the point but know that he is going to not leave one leaf unturned, He will start out with the most economical procedures while increasing your chances of conceiving. My situation was a little extreme, rare and although I could sense Dr. Putman's hesitation with my issues once he saw my heart, purpose and passion we became family. There is not a day that I don't think of them and I will forever be grateful for in my worst days they were there for me to give me the best thing that has ever happened to be my Miracle child. I hope this post helps those that read it and I wish them much success on their journey to being a parent.

Dr. Putman is a wonderful doctor! I obviously didnt see him every office visit as when going through fertility treatments you only really need to see the nurse as they are monitering you. the nurse's were phenominal! He was there for consultations and for the procedures. He even came in on the weekend to do a procedure for me. He wasnt there to waste my time as if a procedure didnt work we wouldn't waste alot of time and move to the next step. I never felt as if I was just another patient, I genuinely felt he was there to help me. And He did!
