OCD is a big force to go up against. To break free a specific approach is needed. For over 10 years I have dedicated my practice to the treatment of OCD. If you have unwanted intrusive thoughts or have contamination fears there's really nothing I haven't seen or heard. You can read about my approach and success rate at blog.bossitback. To learn about the most effective treatment for OCD or to make an appointment visit my website at bossitback.com. This is an action-oriented therapy. You can't talk your way out of OCD. I am passionate about giving you the tools to handle anything that OCD throws at you.
The treatment of OCD requires a unique, non-traditional approach. I'm a 2006 BTTI Graduate (an intensive training program) and a long-standing member of the IOCD Foundation. I provide CBT including Exposure & Response Prevention and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy; the most effective forms of treatment for OCD. I offer individual & group sessions.
I'm quick to respond to obstacles with novel approaches. I'm able to look at the old problems with a new perspective. I value creativity and cutting-edge thinking. My quest for variety and new experiences means I move head-on in the face of adversity. I am the founder of ERP in a Box and author of several OCD Workbooks found on Amazon.com.
