Deceptive

Claims transparency but frequently lies or withholds information from contractors and direct employees in favor of client for weeks/months that greatly effects their well being. Like when a job or assignment is ending, upcoming pay cuts, layoffs, etc.

Great company

Would work there again got to travel to different towns and work in some high dangerous sites they provide all the equipment just work safe and you will be fine

Long term contracts

I would recommend Swift to anyone after being employed with them for so many years. I have had great learning opportunities over the course of my time in the oil industry. It has been an amazing learning experience for me.

Worked as Contractor with Chevron

Great experience, but Swift Worldwide didn't have another contract/position for me when my contract ended. My direct supervisor/recruiter were excellent and very attentive to their employees.
