Stephen K. Lindley is a judge for the 4th Department of the New York Supreme Court Appellate Division. He assumed office on January 21, 2010. His current term ends on December 31, 2025.
Lindley is also a judge of the New York Supreme Court 7th Judicial District. His current term ends on January 1, 2035.

Education
Lindley received his undergraduate degree from Emory University and his J.D. degree from the University of Buffalo Law School.[1]
Career
Prior to his appointment to the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Lindley served as a judge for the New York Supreme Court 7th Judicial District. He was elected to this position in 2006. Prior to that, he served as an acting judge for the Monroe County Court. Lindley also previously served on the Rochester City Court, as a confidential law clerk, and worked as an attorney in private practice.[1]
