Stephen B. Parker is Managing Director & Co - Founder of Converge Search.
He previously spent 14 years with Russell Reynolds Associates, launching the Minneapolis - St. Paul office. He has completed assignments for clients in general management, marketing, sales, engineering, technology, operations, finance, legal, and human resources.
Mr. Parker's background includes 14 years as President of Electronic Systems Personnel, where this organization recruited IT specialists to mainly Fortune 500 companies. Following this he was the Chairman & CEO of Computer Depot, a national computer re-seller, which he grew from 0 to $100 million in sales as a NASDAQ public company.
Mr. Parker started his career with the 3M Company in Marketing, after serving 3 years in Vietnam as an officer in U.S. Navy.
He has a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University and a Masters in Business Administration from Northwestern's Kellogg School.
Mr. Parker serves as Head of the Yale Alumni Schools Committee for the Greater Atlanta Area, coordinating the activities of one hundred and fifty Yale alumni and processing some five hundred student applicants each year.
