The worst experience. I have been an owner here for over 10 years. I was looking forward to my first stay, as I have always exchanged elsewhere. My Toyota 4Runner doesn't fit in their garage parking spaces. The room was not ready for 1.5 hours past check in time. They would not let me use their restroom while I waited for my room. They told me there are public ones I can use down on Tyson street. First and last time staying here. Staff were nice and apologetic. Too many better options in the area.

5 stars all the way! I booked this location last minute for my son's birthday. After a negative experience booking with AirBNB I decided to call directly to confirm my reservation went through. I spoke with Nicole and let me just say first impressions really do make a huge difference. She was so friendly and professional, she made feel confident about having booked this location. Nicole even sent me a pre-registration link so that when we arrived we wouldn't have to spend time at the front desk and instead enjoy our mini trip/celebration. When we arrived the first thing I noticed was just how close in proximity we would be to the beach. We checked in with Nicole's assistance and from their it was smooth sailing. We were pleased to find out our unit was the first one near the office with parking right outside. I'm not sure what the parking complaints are about because we were able to park both our vehicles right in front.
Upon entering the unit we noticed right away just how clean everything was. We were immediately blown away by the ocean view!!! The views were beyond beautiful. The endless horizon lined up against the ocean! It was breathtaking.
Rooms were very clean and tidy. Restrooms were also clean, equipped with toiletries and plenty of towels. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to make a home cooked meal.
We had a private patio with a seating area perfect for enjoying a meal while watching the sunset. I can go on and on about just how much we loved our stay.
It was truly perfect!!! Our only regret is having booked it for one day and not the entire weekend. We shall be back soon! Thank you Nicole for being so helpful and pleasant.

I loved staying here. Such a great room. Super friendly and helpful staff. Tried to stay another day and was super bummed they were fully committed, with good reason. I will definitely be back!!!

Wanted to experience something new with the family and decided to visit Oceanside. We rented a 2 bedroom condo through Airbnb. We chose this place because how close it was to town. There were many restaurants walking distance.

Check-in and check-out was painless. Be ware that they are extremely strict that you check-out before 11am or there's a hefty fine. Thought it was overkill but due to the times we're in I guess it's semi-warranted.

The apartment was very nice. There were TVs in all the living areas and cable, which was nice. There were also minor wear and tear throughout the condo that they should be addressing; scrapes and peeling of paint. Very minor.

Also, if you're planning in cooking, beware that they only have 2 pans. Also, their wifi was extremely slow. Other drawback is if you come in a large vehicle, kinda hard of navigating it in their narrow parking lot.

A big plus was how safe we felt in the condo. They take safety serious. You need your card and access code for everything.

Highly recommend this place. Definitely will be back.

Undeniably the best view however, if you stay here, opt for staying on the second or third floor facing the ocean. Staying on the first floor in the studio is LOUD, so if a nice quiet vacation is what you're looking for, forget it.
There are hundreds of people who walk right by your balcony, including homeless people who will ask you for things. One asked us if we had zig zag papers and a lighter. There are also hundreds of cars that cruise by playing their music loud throughout the day and night.
We woke up to the sand remover crews, tree trimmers and trash trucks.
The room however is very clean and very beachy.

This is a great spot in oceanside if you have a room on the beach side. Walk across the street and youre on the sand. Also had a room on the back side and personally didn't have an issue with the trains, but for those that are sensitive, it can be an issue. The main beds aren't bad, but the couch pull outs are atrocious for both rooms I used. Room keys are 50/50 if they work or not. Had multiple issues with them. Will never go here again because of the time share upsales. Whoever runs management either doesn't look at these reviews or doesn't care. It's all about upsales and tours. Read other reviews and they all say the same. They force you to talk to the "concierge" employee to get your parking pass but it's just a gateway for their time share bs. Never going there again and i strongly advise everyone else to look elsewhere. Definitely watch out for the cockatiel haircut dude on the timeshare tour. He's your best friend at the beginning but an absolute tool by the end if you say no. Tell his girlfriend Kristin you say hello from hawaii!

We've been coming here since the late 80's. It never disappoints! Right on the strand! Oceanfront views and waves for days! It's clean, well maintained, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. A perfect stay every time!

Just returned back from a week's stay at one of my timeshare weeks. It's been a couple of years since staying here and I must say they done a beautiful job with the refurbishment of the units and the property. If you dont own here or cannot exchange in, call the front desk they do have rentals and overnight stays available when not completely booked. For resales pls inquire.
