I highly recommend using Shirley for buying or selling a home. She was our agent and found us our dream home. The home buying process today can be very tedious and complicated but Shirley made the process much easier and walked us through every step. She was very thorough and was looking out for our best interest. Her years of experience definitely helped in the process. On the day of closing, there was a mix up and we were going to have no water but Shirley called the city and was relentless to have the city turn back on our water and she was successful. Shirley is professional, an expert in her field and has a upbeat, friendly personality and is a joy to work with.

She was honest, and from the beginning she wanted to find us that perfect home - and she did! I would recommend Shirley to anyone looking for (or selling) a home in central Florida - she was recommended to us by a good friend and we are very thankful.

Shirley spent about 8 months working with us to find our first home. We never felt like she was too busy, even though we knew how much she had to do. It was wonderful that she always worked around our schedule. It felt like she truly wanted us to find the best house for us. She never tried persuading us into buying a home that we were not 100% certain about, even if that meant it would take a long time to find it. She really listened to what we wanted and were looking for in a house, and made sure to find those things. She never encouraged us to "settle" or give up, even after many offers and contracts had fallen through. When we FINALLY found "thee house", we discovered that it was listed For Sale By Owner, which meant Shirley would not recieve the amount, for her time and work, that she normally would. (I believe it was under half of what it should have been) But even so, Shirley told us that she KNEW this was the house for us! She did all of the necessary work involved, even though she wasn't even compensated for it. We are so grateful for that. Over the 8 months we worked with Shirley, it felt like we gained a friend AND a realtor! We will recommend her to anyone we know that needs help buying or selling a home!!
