Pros
I liked my immediate manager a lot but felt like I had seventeen bosses. Too many cooks in the kitchen, no path for upward mobility.
Cons
Very clique-y, you are either "in" with the top salesmen or you are stuck with someone with no ambition or goals. Didn't stay long, pretty toxic work environment.
