"I meet Roy on New Years 2003/2004 on my way back to Afghanistan. We were both stuck in Germany coming back from Mid tour R&R and when he told his story, he spoke of his kids & Wife with great vigor. Roy Was a Great American for his service and for his sacrifice. Please know that his commitment was a driving force for me on my first deployment.
