Horrible customer service. Rude, took over a month to get a response. Run from this company.

We have only had this policy since November 2021. A month later I got an e-mail from our personal insurance rep stating that they were threatening to cancel our policy if we didn't answer the following 5 questions. After I had already made a $400 first payment to them. We were not notified at all by phone, mail or e-mail that they had any questions to be answered. We are a machine shop and answered everything asked and were specific as possible. We made our next payment and now I just got a letter in the mail stating that they are cancelling our policy due to "company request substantial change in risk" Nothing was changed or requested? They won't talk to the insured directly so now I have to wait on my insurance rep to call them with me on 3 way. Extremely unhappy with this company!! I would NOT recommend!

it is sad that an insurance company drops your coverage just because you submit a claim with them. i thought that is why you pay for coverage for when things happen that are out of your control and you cannot afford the repairs.

Got struck dead in my passenger side by one of their insureds. They are ignoring all my calls and emails regarding my claim. Fake company with apparently a terrible record.

This is a company of Nationwide Insurance. They take advantage of small businesses during a crisis. Its amazing how a huge insurance company can morally not pay for things or reword things so they dont have to pay up. A disaster is a disaster. Because of this insurance company i am now doing business day to day and maxed out all my cards. Thanks guys

Terrible insurance company. I was rear ended with my infant in the car (thankfully no one was hurt). I got a police report and they still had to investigate it. Months later, I get a check with no rental car reimbursement. Tried to call and the number does not work. Tried to call the 800 number and the line is busy. I think I will have to shell out 4-5 days for a rental car so my car can get fixed. The paint alone will need 24+ hours to dry. Absolutely terrible company. Insurance - yeah right.

I got rearended by a limo on sixth and folsom while I was stopped at a red light. This is the insurance he has and I have been waiting for 4months. The limo company and this insurance company suck!

Shafted by this company. I was hit by a driver that was insured by this company. They took my statement and then proceeded to give me the run around for 3 weeks saying the could not contact their own client. In the mean time I have been driving around with no rear view mirror, which is very dangerous, I told them this fact but again they acted as if I was an idiot. They treated me with total disregard. Then I received a letter in the mail stating the claim was denied, I don't know why they just said denied. Hopefully you will never be in my situation and have to file a claim against this company.

The people I pay to supposedly protect me want me to pay $500.00 for the "investigation" into the claim... They are determined to gouge their customers coming and going...
