Best Attorney Ever!
Mr.Lopez helped me with a false domestic violence allegation and proved that my accusers were basically liars. Also made sure that this false allegation did not affect my future and college entry. He went over and beyond the call of duty. Thank You Mr.Lopez

Thank you, Mr. Lopez
Affordable legal representation and committed to helping his clients get through the tough moments in life. Sam understands how difficult it can be when you are in need of an answer. He has extensive legal knowledge, experience and legal strategies to obtain the best possible outcome. He represented me in 2 legal situations, A foreclosure of a homeowners association, which was in anther county and a foreclosure here in Broward. Both times the service was above and beyond my expectations. He was always available to me always and he's easy to talk to.

Great knowledgeable compassionate Attorney
Mr Lopez has represented me during the two of the hardest and emotionally taxing times in my life. In 2005 he helped my family Cope and deal with the loss of my son in a car accident. Currently he is representing me in a very complicated Divorce and custody matter. He has went over and beyond for me and my family. This lawyer really cares.

Takes Your Money then Disappears
First, let me say that if there was a way for me to give a rating of MINUS 5 STARS (-5), I would do just that. I hired Mr. Lopez in the middle of 2016 to represent me in a Homeowners Association (HOA) dispute. He has collected over 12 months of payments from me, yet, he is unavailable EACH TIME I stop by his office to communicate about my case, unresponsive EACH TIME I send him a text message inquiring about the status of my case, and unprofessional EACH TIME I called and ultimately left a message for him to return my call. I have, for at least the last 6 months, heard nothing from him pertaining to the status of my dispute with the HOA. Ironically, like clockwork, I receive a request for payment via text message and a letter mailed to my home! In retrospect, I have paid this so-called attorney MORE money than the cost of the initial HOA fine that I was attempting to dispute through legal means. I understand that I'm not the only client nor am I the most lucrative client; however, accepting payments and not communicating with a client for over 6 months is the epitome of UNPROFESSIONALLISM and I would not recommend this man to my worst enemy. To add insult to injury.....when I texted to inform him that I no longer desired his assistance on my case and I would be filing a complaint with the Florida Bar, he finally responded after 6 months and texted me back in less than 30 minutes. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL and AMAZING!!!

MIGHT AS WELL REPRESENT YOURSELF
I hired this attorney to represent me in Broward county, Florida for a violation of probation concerning marijuana. He said he'd speak on my behalf, mentioning my service to the community and try to get me into an outpatient rehab so I could get treatment while continuing to work and pay off fees. He received a retainer fee of 1,000 and I was never able to speak to him again until the day of court and he was late. He was charging me 4,000 to represent me on a simple case but me being inexperienced I wasn't aware how simple it was. He advised me against my best interest with the court, scaring me into accepting a bogus offer where I'd have to stay locked up for several months waiting for a bed to open up at a busy inpatient rehab and then locked up again in the drug rehab facility for six months. He never did what we discussed during the consultation, never spoke up on my behalf and when I said I wasn't comfortable with the offer and wanted to reschedule he said I'd go to prison if I did not accept this offer and we can't reschedule. I accepted it thinking I had no choice and fell into a deep depression. I later consulted with more experienced friends who said he ripped me off and I hired a new respectable lawyer in Broward county. We reset the court date, he spoke up on my behalf and I was soon released with more reasonable terms and was able to keep my driver's license. This guy made easy money off me and let me down not to mention his demeanor in the courtroom was unprofessional and the judge did not seem to tolerate him. Representation is everything so if someone is in the slightest bit of trouble I would not refer him but when I found out he was running for judge I was extremely shocked as I would think Judges symbolize integrity of which I felt he lacked. This was years ago but tears burst out my eyes as I type this now because I put my trust in him and almost ruined my life as a result everything I worked for I would've lost just because he didn't care about his client.
