Never return phone calls or emails. Our representative Sandy Jeffries is the worst. We can never get the information that we need

In the time I have been used them, about a year, I have had only one good experience with them. I have called at least 8 times leaving messages and got no response. The only employee who is business like is the receptionist who directs your calls and emails to, BOB! I have asked for guidance on improvements and contact ours, no response. I was informed by a contractor who explained my need for an authorization they were able to find the form and send me a copy. I've submitted the paperwork but have no idea if it was received or approved. If it were up to me Bob wouldn't be working for us anymore.

This is the worst HOA, EVER! They never return your calls , even the president of the company. They sent a board member today to look at my requests and he was the rudest man I have ever met. I know that is not the managements problem but I felt he was negative the fist time he spoke. All he could tell me was what they couldn't do. I have been patient but now I am livid. It took them 8 years to replace bushes in the front of our townhouse. I have been promised the last 3 years that they would make the changes to my requests and still nothing. Do not even consider them. I don't know how they can stay in business. Very unprofessional and rude!

Very prompt repairs to our townhouse in Tara Hills in Mokena -- siding, downspouts, landscaping. Good communication. Makes it a pleasure to live here. Excellent, regular maintenance and responsiveness when an immediate issue arrises.

* NO STARS* SP Management is by far THE WORST management company. I email weekly expecting some type of resolution to the problems reported months ago and STILL nothing satisfactory is provided. I WISH I had access to know who the property management was before signing my closing papers to live at Chestnut Cove. Their contractors are rude and unprofessional as well. I am a first time homeowner as of March 2020 and have regretted this purchase since June 2020. Please spread the word and warn any future buyers. I am completely dumbfounded as to how this company is even able to operate.

Awful. Brand new management company for our association. Absolutely no response to inquiries, even after weeks go by. Is not at all interested in upholding our rules and regulations. Can't imagine what anyone was thinking with this one. Appears the only work they want to do is write themselves a monthly check.

FANTASTIC MANAGEMENT COMPANY!
SP Management replaced our former AWFUL, TERRIBLE management company.
The people who work at SP Management are extremely responsive. I have called them three times since they came on board a couple of months ago. I always reached someone (no voicemail, an actual person answers the phone!) and my issue was addressed immediately. This staff is courteous and they communicate with the homeowners, something the former management company never did. SP also followed up with me to be certain the issues reported were resolved. Honest, open and transparent communication is something we were sorely lacking with the former management company!

AWFULL! The worst! You only get voicemail. They don't return calls, nor do they uphold the condominium by laws. If you email them, they might respond, but they make promises that they don't keep. If you have a problem with another tenant, they just let the problem continue, making excuses, excuses, excuses in emails.
