It has had ups and downs

I started in 2006 and it was ran by tyrants at the time. Pay was aweful. Work was fast paced. Management changed over and over. It got better 2015 to 2020. Company was sold. Goood Management pushed out and tyrants moved in. We were the model window company for the entire corporation until the tyrants moved in. Now the company is in shambles. Stressful underpaid

Very unprofessional managers. And safety professionals. You're not sure if you have a job the next day. They lay off all the time. They hire people they know will not stay. So never know how much work you'll have to do from one day to the next.

No life outside of work

The communication between management and employees are non existent. More focus is put on rules than production or wage. Life outside of work doesn't exist anymore and there's no scheduled time when you work.

Plenty of hours

Silverline is a good place to work there is room to advance.there is plenty of hours and they treat people fairly.it is a physical job but if you show up everyday work hard. You will make value stream 2 employee witch pays 2.50 more hour.
