Excellent place to work

Loved working there for 7 years. Great bosses great equipment and everyone on the team supports each other. Only wish was that they had more drill ships for more opportunities for promotion

Could be good but upper management makes it toxic

The idea behind Rowan piercing studios are awesome and the company could be great to work for. But the upper management and C-SUITE ladies are so out of touch and seems to lack experience. The culture is extremely toxic and they take advantage of all their knowledgeable managers. They say they want feedback but they don't want to hear any negative feedback at all. It's all about sugar coating ever...

Best Offshore Company

I absolutely loved Rowan. A family environment that truly cared for the people employed there. The people had pride for their jobs and for the people that they worked with. I was fortunate to work here for such a long career
