Rosen And Loeb Attorneys - PINNACLE CREDIT SERVICES,LLC Obtained garnishee order ripoff Encino California

This is a law firm in Encino representing this Pinnacle Credit Services,LLC, apparently in Minnesota. Some how they dishonestly served me at the federal office where i was employed. Knowing it to be an old, chrged off debt obviously purchased by swindlers, i did not believe the papers they sent were legally valid. Was I wrong! They managed to somehow obtain a judgment against me in LA Superior Court and since I did not respond they were able to garnishee(sp?) my wages for nearly two years!

Since I was undergoing psychiatric treatment at the time for severe depression and was thus barely able to even perform my basic job duties, I let this go until last october when i was finally terminated, in a large part due to the stress of this situation. During this time they managed to soak me for nearly $10,000 in garnished wages and final vacation pay aftr my termination. Now, I have just received a letter from this law firm, Rosen and Loeb, demanding an additional $3795.19 or 80% of the balance due remaining of $4743.99. And were talking about a debt that was origionally around $7,000 and no doubt purchased for pennies on the dollar from Pinnacle. Any suggestions about how to get them off my back? Can they attach my bank account? Can i file a satisfaction of judgment?
