Founded in 2000, Windrose has provided surveying services on a wide variety of commercial, industrial, residential, public and private development projects.
Our services include Topography, Boundary, and Design surveys including Tree, Drainage, Utility and Karst feature surveys. The Windrose team is composed of licensed surveyors, CAD technicians, computer professionals, and office administrative personnel, all of whom have multiple years of experience and training in the surveying industry, enabling Windrose to offer superior service from start to finish.
As a knowledgable surveying firm, we offer a comprehensive understanding of land, roadways, utilities, and site design, as well as a greater degree of control over timing and costs for each project. Listening and responding to our client’s requirements allow us the ability to customize our service for their needs.
Ronnie is the company's lead Registered Professional Land Surveyor. He has strong organizational and technical skills, in addition to many years of surveying experience. His experience with hundreds of various surveying scenarios allows Windrose to offer its clients a service second to none in the industry with the confidence that the job will be done correctly. Michael has many years of surveying experience that have helped him develop a strong skill set for all types of surveying scenarios. He has extensive experience with managing commercial, residential, and land development projects, and further strengthens the Windrose team with strong technical expertise and organizational skills.
Susanne Sanderson -- Office Manager
Sue incorporates operational and analytical skills into the everyday functions of the business, and she allows for Windrose to coordinate multi-site projects insuring all work is completed within clients’ budget, time frame and scope of work.
Mark Wilhite -- Marketing Director
Mark has worked in the real estate industry for 10 years and oversees new business development and client relations for Windrose. He contributes to company growth by expanding the markets that Windrose serves, and by developing trusted relationships with area clients.
