      First to Review

Being that this restaurant is so new, I will be generous with three stars, but boy does it ever need to get their act together fast. I went there with my family on a Friday to check out the bowling alley and grille. First off, with a name like Red Brick Grille, you'd expect some level of decor and separation from the bowling. Rather the restaurant is a glorified lobby eatery with a bar. Very plain and not exactly an ideal restaurant destination for a night out. Whoever designed this place needed to do a better job creating a more intimate environment. A place that will attract foodies, families and couples that do not want to bowl, but simply go out to experience something different. One try and you'll quicky realize there are much better options. Upon ordering a beer, the server, who greeted me with a great smile, told me there was only one dradt beer - Bud Light. I thought this was odd, but went with it. When I eventually made my way to check out the bar, I noticed so many more taps, that were working - Huh? The server was ill-informed or just clueless. The menu which was basically pub food, was of decent size and variety. I ordered a burger, my wife 2 sliders and my son, a kids quesadilla. Long story short - the order came out all wrong, the meat was raw and on top of it, the waitress overecharged us. Items that were supposed to be included in the meals, never arrived and the incorrect prices showed up on the bill. The manager was quick to assist us and correct everything, even giving us a $5 card for the game room for our troubles, which I thought was nice.

Overall, the meal and the experience was nothing special. But once again, this place is so new, I guess I should expect mistakes and a staff not entirely in sync with one another. Let's hope with time, this place improves and becomes not just a bite to eat kind of place when bowling, but rather a restaurant destination as well. I think I'll wait a few months to go back.

There are plenty of options in Delray Marketplace, and after a couple visits to Red Brick Grill, I must say that there's really no reason for me to go back. The service is a friendly as it needs to be, but not engaging by any means. The food and drinks are just OK.
The one upside is that their Happy hour goes til 7. Which is a half hour later than my favorite, Burt & Max's, in the complex. $3drafts, $4 house wines and house spirits at Red Brick pale in comparison to half off any and all beverages at my aforementioned fave.
Red Brick Grill does have this going for them-- they are attached to the bowling alley, arcade & movie theater and they have a decent sized outdoor area. So, if you're already there for one of those amenities, or happen to need an extra 30mins of happy hour in your life, then by all means try out Red Brick Grill. They'll be around for a while, out of default, if nothing else.

Beyond horrible!!!. I visited this place when they first open and I didn't like it; I tried it again yesterday and it was as bad or worst as the first time; the food took to long to come out and when it finally did, it was either too cold or too had; the taste was horrendous, I would not go back and would not recommend anyone to do so either!!!!!

The only reason I come here is cuz I live super close and they have a decent bar but as a professional chef the food is so disappointing! Anything you order that's fried is gross they are either frying at a low temperature or crowding the fryer with to much food cuz my food came out soggy and greasy with a side of extra grease! I mean how hard is it to drain off the excess oil! It's so disappointing that this concept has so much potential but is awfully run and managed! If you see my review for the theatre it's not any better!!! Management desperately needs to get their act together or sell the business to IPic just like they did in Mizner Park in Boca!

Very cool bar and grille with awesome bowling alley, also has arcade attached. Bowling alley is sweet, has many many TV's and big screens with all the days sports action. Very cool way to bowl, ordered sliders while I was bowling. Which were very good. Fun place, will be back.

The bar service was not too great despite having at least 4 servers. My drink was warm despite having ice in it. The outdoor bar seats were very, very uncomfortable and very awkward. The frame was at least an inch higher than the soft wicker backing which means the bar is constantly putting extreme pressure on your legs. To compensate, you can sit very far forward but thats also uncomfortable. You could sit back, but then you'd feel like you were laying down in bed because the back is so far back. One positive is in the choice of Jack Daniels and Jim Beam brands being their house brands, and are $3 per drink. Thats at least 1/2 the expected price elsewhere. Of course I just mortgaged my condo for two movie tickets so, thanks "Frank" On to the food. I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak. The bread was cold and stale-like. I don't think it was stale, I just think it was a bad bread type. The meat was hot and tasty. The cheese was the cheese whiz kind. I'm not very fond of that but its supposedly authentic. Now what I need help understanding is how they managed to get an even amount of meat and cheese on both halves of the bread but no onions or peppers on one entire half. Maybe someone ate them on the way. It must have been a far walk from the kitchen with enough time to do that because my french fries were cold. Luckily I wasnt going to send anything back or shy because if I had waited for the server to ask me how everything was, I'd have to wait til I was finished almost. And technically, he never asked how the meal or I was. He said "how does everything look?". Well, it looked great. I had the opportunity to go back to the bar with a hungry friend after the movie. He ordered a burger with many toppings. He said it was good. It looked good. I asked specifically about the french fries and he said they were very hot. The outdoor server was actually done for the night per the hostess and advised we would need to order at the bar and watch for our food and get it ourselves and bring it to the outside tables. However, the server was nice enough to take his order, serve his food, come back to see how it was, and even refill his drink. Overall, not consistent within 2 hour time frame.
