Client service Representative
Client Service Representative (Former Employee) - Vacaville, CA - February 4, 2022
This company has pros and cons.. my supervisor was great at times but still was micro managing and also took part in favoritism. Most managers and supervisors here love doing that. My department was very stressful at times, loads of work to do, under paid and under staffed. If others weren’t doing well you’d have to pick up their slack. They don’t give you everything they offer when you’re applying, it’s kinda false advertising to me. I made 15$ per hour, we are under paid! We deserve more and we work too hard to be low paid and have so much pressure and stress on us to complete the work. Management needs work on how to deal with employers, have compassion, pay more, don’t put so much work and stress on a little amount of ppl.
Pros
Sometimes we had free lunch, breakfast at the end of the month, You could win money in monthly raffles. Benefits are okay.
Cons
Large work load, long hours, micromanagement, underpaid, understaffed, high turn over rate, stressful, favoritism, the list can go. I don’t recommend working here. If you do, you may not stay long. It’s not for everyone that’s for sure..

Job is good, but they need workers who has great customer service towards anyone because when you don’t, it makes everyone feel uncomfortable. Other than that it is a great experience

Stressful
Client Service Representative (Former Employee) - Vacaville, CA - March 23, 2019
Its a debt collection agency so everyone was grumpy from getting yelled at all day. The pay was horrible, I was making minimum wage as a customer service rep.

Great place to work management is A+. More like a family then a work place. Opportunity for bonus and commissions. Fun contests. Workers are rewarded well.

Client Services Representative (Current Employee) - Vacaville, CA 95687 - April 18, 2016
Not much to complain about.
Typical day involves processing Bankruptcies, and Disputes.
I learned a lot about medical and insurance, as well as processes and credit scores. Co-workers are great. Management is mostly great. Hardest part of the job is learning everything, and the most enjoyable is how nice the days go on when you understand what you're doing.
