Not a real business. A house they turn into a business. Called ahead of time and showed up 25 minutes later and nobody is here. It says it's closed in the middle of the day on a Tuesday

I called for an estimate 4 days ago. A lady answered and said everyone was gone, but she would pass my message along and have someone contact me to make the appointment to come out to my house. 2 days later, no return call. I call yet again, leave a message. 1 day later, no return call. Repeat again, called and left a message - no return call 24hrs later.

My little cousin recently had his fence done by them and warned me of the utter flakiness of these people. I should have listened. They just lost a 5,000-7000$ job.

Horrible workmanship their fence falls apart in multiple places, not a mistake, but negligent workmanship. No warranty. Bad service. This business purposely a rip off.

No show, no call!! Very disrespectful Not to even contact us. We are trying to fix our new houses fence, so we don't technically live there yet. We made a special trip just to meet him. Waited 4 hours after calling multiple times. Nothing...!! Don't waste your time!

I wanted to hire R&R Fence, but after about 4 attempts over 6 months, I got a quote to begin with over the phone, but never met with anyone from the office, then I called later to schedule a time to do the work and agree to their terms, but I couldn't get them to return a phone call. I even went by there office and the door was open but nobody was there.... anywhere on the property as far as I could see. My project was very near their office.... so I really don't understand what the problem and I gave up. It probably would have been a couple days work for someone.... about 70 feet of fencing and two gates.

R&R built my unusual cyclone fence in the alley access 10 years ago. It still works like a charm! I have purchased used fence parts there since then for some of my other properties. They always were friendly, and generous with their time and help.

We contacted R&R Fence looking for an estimate for a new fence. They made an appointment with us to come out and look. We waited for them to show up and when it had been 15 mins past the appointment time we called to see if they were still coming, they said they got caught up in paperwork and would be there in 10 mins. 15 mins later they finally show up, so 30 mins after the original appt time. We thought, ok, stuff happens, but we had another appt to get to that day so Ryan the owner offered to stay and leave the estimate for us while we were gone. All good. Get home, find the estimate, and it's a good deal lower than any other estimate so far! So, we try calling, and calling, left a couple messages and didn't hear back for over a day. Finally hear back, set up another appt so he can answer a few questions. At this point we are ready to pay them to start right away. He shows up (10 mins late) we have a nice chat and we ask if we do part of the work if he can do it for a bit less, he says, sure give me a few mins I'll rework the estimate and see what we can do. We go inside to wait, then nothing. He just leaves. We try calling, again, leaving messages, and never get a return call. Overall, the level of customer service was terrible, from being late to each appointment and not returning phone calls unless we called several times and then just disappearing on us, we definitely recommend you do NOT waste your time with this company. After checking other online reviews it appears this is their standard practice. In a world where there are so many options, I'd rather pay a bit more and get outstanding customer service and feel confident they will actually show up to do the job.

A couple of years ago, we hired R&R Fencing to build us a fence, they did so in a timely manner and the fence has been great...here is where it gets good...Fast Forward to today (8-14-2014) We have an acrylic or plastic, white fence and a few of the slats have been broken off and I wanted them repaired. About two weeks ago, I called and spoke with "Ryan" at R&R Fencing and after a few minutes he remembered who we were. I asked him if he could either come out and look at the fence or find our file to tell me what the cost would be to replace, said fence slats. He said "Let me find the file and I'll call you back in 10 minutes!" That, was 2 weeks ago. I have called numerous times, left numerous messages with none of the messages or phone calls ever returned. So, today I decided, I would go directly to their office and figure out why my phone calls or massages have not been returned and quite frankly, what their flippin' problem is. Ready for the juicy part? About 4 months ago, I was a civilian observer for a shift with the Everett Police Department, during the graveyard shift. We got a call that someone thought people were shooting at their house with numerous guns. When we arrive, we find that it is people who are high on meth and/or crack, admittedly and they were hallucinating. I didn't realize this until today...that house we responded to that night, is the same house R&R Fencing, does business out of.

Moral of the story: If you want a company who is flaky, doesn't return phone calls and apparently has an association with people who are on drugs, hire R&R Fencing, I am sure they will do a knock-out job for you :)
