- 3.0Anonymous EmployeeCurrent Employee, more than 1 year
Pros
The people are nice and say hello when you pass by. Most people truly care about the patients and want the best for them.
Cons
Pay could definitely be better and they aren't near as flexible as they sound like they are during interviews. It's really a "good old gals club" where they cover each other and don't necessarily do what is right.
- 1.0PurchasingCurrent Employee, more than 1 year
Pros
If you are “in” with the HR Director and COO, you are good
Cons
COO told current employee what was said during an interview with another applicant…employee wound up with job promotion with the knowledge of what was said in other persons interview
- 4.0Manager Or DirectorFormer Employee, more than 5 yearsPowell, WY

- 2.0Human Resources GeneralistFormer Employee, more than 1 yearPowell, WY
Pros
Benefits are good for everyone.
Cons
They could pay employees more. They say they care about the employees but don't put it into action.
- 5.0Anonymous EmployeeFormer Employee
Pros
A great place to work! The DON's are great individuals. Pay is above average, and there are hours available if you want to work more. The facility is also very clean as compared to other places I've seen.
Cons
There are obvious cons to working a CNA job. It's physically demanding, but this shouldn't be surprising if you've worked as a CNA before. Sometimes it's hard to get holidays off (also an obvious thing, they can't just shut the place down).
- 5.0Been Looking for WorkCurrent Employee
Pros
I wanna work somewhere where I can help someone in every way possible. I want to take care of their health and their Well-Being and Can also be there as companion ship.
Cons
I have never really experienced any downsides to working in any retirement homes or in home care facilities. Sometimes my back would hurt but that was Ever so often
