            Pros

The people are nice and say hello when you pass by. Most people truly care about the patients and want the best for them.

            Cons

Pay could definitely be better and they aren't near as flexible as they sound like they are during interviews. It's really a "good old gals club" where they cover each other and don't necessarily do what is right.

If you are “in” with the HR Director and COO, you are good

              Cons

COO told current employee what was said during an interview with another applicant…employee wound up with job promotion with the knowledge of what was said in other persons interview

Low pay was probably the only con.

                      Pros

A great place to work! The DON's are great individuals. Pay is above average, and there are hours available if you want to work more. The facility is also very clean as compared to other places I've seen.

                      Cons

There are obvious cons to working a CNA job. It's physically demanding, but this shouldn't be surprising if you've worked as a CNA before. Sometimes it's hard to get holidays off (also an obvious thing, they can't just shut the place down).

                        Pros

I wanna work somewhere where I can help someone in every way possible. I want to take care of their health and their Well-Being and Can also be there as companion ship.

                        Cons

I have never really experienced any downsides to working in any retirement homes or in home care facilities. Sometimes my back would hurt but that was Ever so often

Any tips when you're an internal candidate? I guess I am expecting questions to be more specific to my organization and more situational to test leadership skills. Thoughts?

I have an interview for a role on the GCS team at Google and would love any advice or guidance on acing the interviews. They’re notoriously difficult so I’d appreciate any insights that could help me feel confident and prepared. And for clarification - I am an mba, not an undergrad, and have worked in tech for 10+ yrs, so I’d appreciate Google interview specific insights if anyone is willing to share them. Thank you in advance!

I have a panel interview next week at Spectrum Enterprise for a data analyst role where I will be asked to present using Tableau. Any tips to be well prepared or has anyone gone through this? What kind of expertise in Tableau is required?
