How easy is it to get your car servised?? do you offer a shuttle under 15 miles or rentals to people you tun away? Is 9 am to late to bring your car in? What do you do for people that come 2 times in a row an are told we are full?

The intake for my car maintenance was smooth. The rep Ron Baker was professional from the greeting to keeping me informed of the status of my car repairs. The team was customer focused. The waiting area was pleasant and comfortable. Good place to wait. I got a lot of personal paper work done there. I had a wonderful experience waiting. Forgot I was waiting for my car maintenance.

The absolute easiest vehicle purchase, thanks to Russell and Phillip. The staff was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They made the entire transaction effortless.
Not only did I get a fair price, but the entire process was completed very quick. We were in and out!

By far the worst dealership I've ever had to deal with. As soon as you sign they stop communicating with you. Leased a new EV from here at the end of January and it took weeks to get someone to even tell me when I could expect them to send me the check for the thousands of dollars they owed me for my trade in, and even longer to actually get the money.
And now, a month later, they still haven't delivered on the Electrify America free charging credit I was promised before signing, which was a major reason I even made the purchase. I can't get anyone there, managers included, to ever return my calls or give me updates like they said they would. They told me a week ago that the offer wasn't actually good for my vehicle, so they either don't verify the info they tell you to get you to sign, which is completely unprofessional, or worse, they knew my vehicle wasn't eligible and lied to make a sale at the end of the month hoping they could work something out after the fact.
Safe yourself the frustration and go somewhere else more reputable. I know I will once this lease is done.

Phenomenal service. I had the privilege of being shuttled home as they serviced my car and also offered for pick up shuttle back to facility when car was ready. However, I took my car in for a recall and they did not have the parts and they do not know when the part will be in for my starter assembly. I guess I will see them again in the near future

I'm in the lounge waiting for my car for more than 2 hours. Today is March madness 3 people in the lounge and no one is watching the 4 screens because they have a 1970 game show channel, a western channel and Fox. I asked them to change channel 4 times and no one can find the remote. Just absolute foolishness. Customer Service at its worst. I'm the only one here now and they still will not change the channel. Last time coming here.

Recently purchased a new vehicle and worked with Jordan to close the deal. He was knowledgeable, attentive, professional, and responsive to all my phone calls. There was a bit of confusion on a rebate with special APR and I did need to push back on some of the numbers that was provided. However I was never pressured into anything and when I asked to give me some time to think things over, they respected it. We successfully closed the deal and overall I'm happy with the service, vehicle, and experience that was provided at Pohanka. Jordan went above and beyond to ensure that everything was to my liking, he's wonderful to work with. If you are looking for a vehicle I recommend checking out Pohanka and ask for Jordan!
