                        Pros

The people you work WITH are amazing, the people you work FOR are not. Pay is average, and raises come on your yearly review (normally). Healthcare is average but affordable. Those who have been there are while really are knowledgeable but the constant changes make it hard for anyone.

                        Cons

I have been working here a while, and it seems to be a revolving door. People leave, people get fired, and upper management constantly changes. Senior PCs, Directors, Accountant, Regional Managers, Sales Consultants etc... Every day the policies change, the way they bill changes, the way they collect changes. They haven't figured out a policy that works and because of that they keep changing it. Nothing ever stays the same, even your co-workers. Sometimes you send an email to someone only to find out they were let go the week before. If you are sick for a day or two everything has changed by the time you get back. It is hard to constantly changes the way you operate and always seems to be less effective than the way before. Upper Management never asks their workers for their input and that's one of the major issues. We use outdated programs, upgrades could be used all over. We constantly have subcontractors put holds on our accounts because nothing gets paid on time, and it's stressful. It's hard working around that many obstacles.

People do leave, and people do get fired there is no question about that. That happens with every company world-wide. The ones that leave usually should not have been hired in the first place and over 34 years, those that get fired, fire themselves. As for changes in collection policies, if PCs stayed on top of their accounts, there would not be the need for upper management to step in. When upper management steps in, it is because lower management is failing at their basic job duties. That is the plain and simple truth. And, if you are not happy here, you should find another place where you can complain. Companies that employ American workers are great companies. Why don't you set out and start your own company. Sounds like you have all the answers.

Have anyone interviewed at Workday and got a case study to do during the interview to test technical knowledge? It’s a business role

                      Graphic Designer

Recently applied for a job as a graphic designer. Thought it was weird since the job posting didn’t list the actual website but only company name. Went ahead and reached out to the CEO and she said they already hired for this position. Yet the job was posted yesterday on Glassdoor, but it’s not posted on LinkedIn. Do any of you think that Glassdoor isn’t as reliable in terms of being the first applicant to a job posting?

                      Bright logik

What is it with hiring managers asking for 4-6 interviews to then ask for a sales/Go To Market plan too? 30 60 90 day plan shared with a hiring managers is like giving references… I wouldn’t list anyone who will speak negative of me. However, asking candidates to develop presentations has to stop. Asking a candidate to devote hours of their personal time without being compensated and create these decks need to stop. In 2 interviews hiring managers should be able to determine your fit.
