Pros
Upper management is friendly. Be loyal to them and they will do everything for you to grow.
Cons
Since it is situated in Nagpur so the exposure like the other cities Mumbai Pune Bangalore Delhi is quite less.

Cons
None . . . .

Pros
- Ability to deliver great outcomes for clients, public companies. - Great hands-on team and project manager.
Cons
- Even before you sign up your title will be 1 step below what you applied for. I overlooked it. - Directors and GM are sales, they do not care about quality, there is no incentive to improve quality. Forget about TDD or BDD, QA is billable. - Most Clients are getting slow, hard to scale implementations, so Directors can sell Performance optimizations as a separate project. Which is contradicts my ethical standards. - Class system, whoever is not in Business class signing SOWs, is a commodity and utility, technical coding/qa monkey. - No way you will be able to move between departments/BUs even if you have skills to get job done. - You will know about you last day on a Friday morning. There will be ZERO severance package.

Pros
Good place to kickstart your career. Fun co-workers.
Cons
If you want to make money this is not the place to be. Many people are leaving the company and to other departments to make more money. Employees receive single-digit raises for promotions and additional responsibilities and the pay is well below market value. The most frustrating thing is that we are told there is no money for raises or promotions, but the SVP travels to every event and party for branding partners.

Pros
Training opportunities and tools, great teams did exist at one time. Benefits are decent.
Cons
This place seems to be turning into one of those “College Grad or Bootcamp” hiring schemes. All the great talent has either left or been replaced with younger and inexperienced personnel. If you are getting paid what you are worth, they probably have you on multiple projects and you have no work life balance. For those that are happy to be working there, I would highly advise them to request a significant pay raise. This company has been burning people out for the past year and keeping only those that are gluttons for punishment. The dim witted twits that they label as “Directors” and “Solution Architects” are has been old ladies that don’t know one thing about the technologies their people are working on. The only people left here are developers straight out of college or those who will except any paycheck and are willing to work at ANY hour these twits snap their fingers. I became aware of it when the CEO and my director left the company last year. If you are working towards a career that has advancement opportunities, great management that isn’t out of touch, then this place is NOT for you.
16 - 2.0Business ConsultantCurrent Employee, more than 3 years
Pros
The company's extensive network of locations and diverse customer base provide valuable exposure. Notably, the company offers flexibility in time-off policies and presents opportunities for remote work. Customers are sold by professionalism, quality of work, and experienced people developing the project
Cons
While the company's services may be suitable for more junior roles, there's a concern regarding the alignment of service quality with the seniority of the role. There seems to be a risk of experienced professionals being replaced by less experienced (3 months vs 3 years) or offshore labor, potentially impacting credibility and client relationships. The company's approach to acquiring skills on the fly poses challenges, especially when clients are expecting experienced professionals. Although job requirements appear demanding, the reality often involves promises of equivalent expertise at a lower cost and companies that work with them should double-check. Working with team members who consistently seek assistance without acquiring the necessary skills can be frustrating. The presence of favoritism further complicates the work environment, impacting team dynamics and potentially hindering professional growth. Additionally, the flexibility in time-off policies may lead to challenges in meeting customer requirements. The remote environment creates uncertainty and impacts the quality of work, which is reflected in a lack of performance and availability. This could potentially affect the long-term stability of the workforce and client retention.

Pros
They seem to be competitive on pay.

Not a lot of job security. They try to hire inexperienced people and place them in positions that require experience.

- 2.0Sr. Salesforce Solution ArchitectFormer Employee, more than 3 years
Pros
- Good tech such as Macs and the Microsoft Office Suite - Remote and no travel - Possibility for good work/life balance depending on the project you are on - Standard benefits at a Salesforce consulting company such as certification reimbursement and access to Partner Learning Camp
Cons
- The "unlimited" PTO policy is untenable. Many employees abuse it and those who don't end up carrying the bulk of the project workload and burn out - Unstable company and Salesforce division. When the company missed earnings and the stock plummeted 30%+ in one day (end of July 2023) layoffs came and a culture of fear ensued. I lost my project director overnight and was never notified, my project manager was always on vacation, and me and one other developer were left to pick up the pieces and drive the project to completion. Our extra efforts were never recognized or rewarded. Many talented people voluntarily left for better situations as a result. The sales people and delivery directors always had a ton of anxiety and would constantly reenforce "how crucial or important" a project was. They often oversold a project and committed to a price and date even though there was no idea on what exactly we were building. Directors often added a lot of unnecessary pressure and no one liked working in a pressure-cooker environment. - Excessive meetings & long hours. Much of the meetings are spent getting non-technical project managers to understand the updates by developers, so that the project manager can fill out their project update sheet. Major Office Space vibe. Often required to work outside of normal business hours/time zone and evenings/weekends. For example, I had to wake up for a 6AM standup for 6 months. - Limited career growth potential. I stayed in the same position with little to no raise for 3 years. It's a pyramid with few positions at the top, since the company is run with profitability as the first priority.
