I HAD WORKED WITH LONG AND FOSTER BEFORE AND HAD NO PROBLEMS AT ALL, THIS TIME WORKING WITH MS.PARKS WAS A TOTAL DISASTER.I HIRED HER TO RENT MY HOUSE AND SHE UNLOCKED THE PROPERTY WHEN SHE GOT HER MONEY FROM THE TENANTS AND SHE NEVER ASKED ME IF I RECEIVED MY RENT BEFORE SHE ALLOWED THE PEOPLE TO MOVE IN, NOW I DONT HAVE MY RENT AND I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR MY TENANTS PHONE NUMBER SEVERAL TIMES AND SHE WILL NOT SEND TO ME.AT THIS POINT IM TRYING TO WORK THE ISSUE OUT WITH THE MANAGER OF LONG AND FOSTER

Patricia was amazing!! I honestly had no clue about the home buying process or if I was even qualified... I took a chance and contacted her asking what I needed to do to purschase a house, she responded immediately with advice and also gave my info to an awesome guy at a mortgage company whom also contacted me immediately! From there he simply told me where I needed to get my credit and what to exspect. I did my part and got everything in order which honestly I feel anyone could do, recontacted the broker dude three months later for a new review and was approved!! Patricia called me less than an hour after she was told the news and told me to get shopping for my new home, all of which took place on a Sunday during a Ravens game. Any questions I had along the way she was there to answer, she's very professional and 100% there for you! Thank you for all your help and guidance you truly are the best ??

Patricia helped sell a house for us in Baltimore Md. We closed about a month ago. The house seemed to sell itself (due to pictures taken by the realtor) but Patricia helped us through the grueling process of closing, negotiating and inspections. The closing got postponed on multiple occasions (not due to anything Patricia did or could have changed) but Patricia was patient, seemed to have to do some of the work for the buyers agent and got us to the finish line, and for that I am thankful and would recommend.
