Patricia Kelly is a judge of the Florida 2nd District Court of Appeal. She assumed office in 2001. Her current term ends on January 2, 2029.

She was appointed by Republican Governor Jeb Bush in 2001 and was retained by voters on November 2, 2004, November 2, 2010, November 8, 2016, and November 8, 2022.[1][2][3] [4]
Education
Kelly earned her B.A. in political science from the University of South Florida in 1983 and received her J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law in 1986.[1]
Career
Kelly began her legal career in private practice with law firms in Tampa and West Palm Beach. She left private practice to serve as staff attorney for Florida Second District Court of Appeal Judge James E. Lehan. She returned to private practice and handled appellate matters until her appointment to the court of appeal.[1]
