Optima Camelview Village Concierge Service Web Site Transactions / Purchasing Authorizations
For the convenience of the user/resident of Optima Camelview Village, certain items and/or amenity reservations may be purchased through the Optima Camelview Village Concierge Service Web Site. These items include; Replacement Key Fobs, Replacement Lobby Keys, Garage Door Remotes, Mail Box Keys, Air Filters, Party Room / Board Room Amenity Reservation Fees, etc. To facilitate such transactions, additional convenience and/or administration fees may apply. While every effort is made to ensure the highest level of proficiency from our vendors, all products, services, merchandise and information available through the Optima Camelview Village Personal Concierge and/or Premiere Concierge Service (and/or any of it’s subsidiary Personal Concierge Service Programs), all items are provided through “third party” vendors on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
No Product / Service Warranties: In no event shall Optima Camelview Village Concierge Service (Operated by Premiere Concierge, Inc.) or the Optima Camelview Village HOA or Premiere Concierge, Inc. or any of their respective employees, agents, directors or officers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, which arises out of or is in any way connected with any use of our web sites or if ordered/purchased through our web site or via any team member of the Optima Camelview Village Personal Concierge Service and/or Premiere Concierge, Inc., even if a Optima Camelview Village Concierge / Premiere Concierge party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Usage by Children Under 18: We cannot prevent minors from using the Optima Camelview Village Concierge Service. But because financial information is sometimes necessary to process a request, Optima Camelview Village Concierge Service / Premiere Concierge Service / Premiere Concierge, Inc. is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of information given by people under the age of 18.
Credit Card Purchases: By submitting your credit card information online (on any of our web sites) or providing this information to any of our team members (to execute a purchase on your behalf), you understand that authorization will remain in effect until you cancel it in writing, and also agree to notify Optima Camelview Village Concierge Service / Premiere Concierge, Inc. in writing of any changes in your account information at least 15 days prior to the next billing date (if a recurring charge is authorized). The user further understands that their card will be charged on the date of item order / purchase / service provided or reservation, or on the next business day. The user also accepts that that Optima Camelview Village Concierge Service / Premiere Concierge, Inc. may at its discretion attempt to process the charge again within 30 days (if the card is declined), and agree to an additional $45.00 charge for each time the card is processed, which will be initiated as a separate transaction from the authorized one time or recurring payment. The user certifies that they are an authorized user of the credit card / bank account provided and agrees that they will NOT dispute the transaction(s) with their bank or credit card company; so long as the items were provided and/or the amenity reservation was confirmed. In the event that the authorized charge is “disputed” by the user, an additional charge back fee of $45.00 will be liable for administration costs to resolve such disputes with the users’ credit card company or bank and/or to cover additional bank charges which Premiere Concierge, Inc. may incur as a result of any such unsubstantiated disputes. In the event that the bank card provided as payment for the item or amenity reservation is declined or the charge is disputed, the Optima Camelview Village Concierge Service, Premiere Concierge, Inc. and/or the Optima Camelview Village HOA Management will have the right to repossess the item (deactivate the item - if applicable) or cancel the reservation, with immediate effect.
