Hopefully growth is being worked on
Around the First time getting hired in everything seemed organized but now it have become dysfunctional. I meet great co-workers and the staff is always greeting to make your day but some residents can be very demanding while others are loving. Pay is 12$ to 13$ after 90 days.... if you ask me it should be 14$ going on 15$ at a year. The help is needed and people want to feel compensated for the w...

Sad and depressing
The facility was sad and depressing. There was no care for staff and residents. They had constant investigations which made it difficult to move forward in a positive way. Staff accountability was the worst with agency staff and low wages. Corporate support was a joke! To many chefs in the kitchen making different meals....

Owners are only look out for themselves
Owners refuse to cover the shifts and make employees do the shifts even if its their only day off. The pay is definitely not worth the stress or the expense of travel to or from work.

Fun place
I enjoy the enviroment a lot. The people are nice and some are rude but overall I like that it is diverse. I would reccomend someone here for sure. Thanks

Great company, great people
The culture was collaborative and competitive. We competed with our sister facilities for census growth. Employees are trained on everything., So, you become very well rounds.
