Parts of the exterior are under construction so give yourself a little extra time. Once inside it's a nicely updated seating area. Front counter person was very pleasant and seemed to an easy in and out process.
Ease of experience -smooth.

This is about how the building is built and how detours are set up! this is not about a doc! Trying to find my mom's office was nightmare! she is in a wheel chair and parts of the halls BARLEY let her get by let alone two people in a busy hospital! The signs they have up are INCORRECT!! Please finish construction or set up the signs correctly!

I was back at the doctor for the 1st time in person after 3 years. Thankfully the staff were friendly and the wait wasn't long. Never had a bad experience in the Blue clinic.

Everyone has a story to share about this place so I won't waist time with sharing mine. This is what to expect and mindset to have coming here.

Come here if time is of no value nor seriousness of your health. Definitely a place to go to if you feel like you haven't experienced enough stress in your life. If you by chance make to much money and feel the need to just give money out for a 10 min consultation. This is your place.

Oh and they do have bonuses. They have phone music and a messaging system that they don't use to call back. That there peeps. That's that customer service you may be looking for in your lives.

Don't think we should have to listen to the receptionist's Mexican music while we wait. Most of the clientele didn't grow up with that. It'd be like Denny's playing trash metal during breakfast.

Dr. Dooley is my wife's doctor and we absolutely love him!

She frequently needs to get breast exams and has been going to him for quite sometime! I always appreciate how straight forward he is and really gets to the root of the problem. Efficiency and accuracy are very important to us as we have a very busy schedule. He definitely exceeds our expectations each time.

His front desk staff are always super friendly as well! I highly recommend him to anyone that needs assistance from a Doctor in this field.

The OU Physicians practice is very well organized and timely. Yes, I said timely. You do not wait to be seen by a nurse or a doctor. If your appointment is scheduled for 1pm, you will be seen at 1pm or no later than five minutes after that.
The receptionist will confirm your current address and take your copayment before you are seen by a doctor. The receptionist will also ask if you parked in the parking garage, which she will then stamp your parking tag to get free parking. After that, you sit back and view the status screen indicating which doctors are on time and which ones are behind schedule. During my visit, all doctors were on time according to the status screen.

The Nurse Practitioner takes you back to get your vitals. After that's done, the doctor comes in immediately thereafter to see you. Literally...no wait!

If you need bloodwork done, the doctor gives you a work order to take with you to the first floor lab. The lab already has the work order in their system so no need to give the work order document to the lab staff. I got called back to get my blood drawn within five minutes of signing in at the lab's front desk.

And get this...my doctor called me back that afternoon for my lab results. Same day service at its best!

If you need an internal medicine doctor for your annual wellness visit or for prescriptions, this is the place to go. Scheduling an appointment is easy and they are always accepting new patients!

By far the WORST medical group I have ever encountered!!! (And trust me I've lived almost everywhere with a husband who's in Oil &Gas industry) First I was called to reschedule my appointment for 2 weeks later only to find out when I arrived I wasn't even going to see a Dr but a PA.(Which I absolutely have no problem with especially since they seem to be a little more envolved with a patient and their problems) HOWEVER, I waited 2 hours between the front and the back as they were running behind only to have her sit with me for 15 minutes and feel EXTREMELY rushed as it was the end of the day. After all problems were explained I was told by her that she would call in an RX and have me called back in for labs and ultrasound. Fast forward 4 months later (and having found a new group who actually followed through and is super efficient and caring) I received a bill for $240!!!! For what exactly??!!!! Thankfully I found this other group because I would have hate to have seen where this would have gone (or not gone) and the price tag! I currently have a $60 dollar bill with the other group and this is from visit labs and seeing 2 specialists in their group.

It's a medical building. I had my nasal surgery with Dr. McKinney. Not much more to say about.
