I highly recommend North Pole Air. Lisandro was very honest and knowledgeable in servicing and checking my residential a/c unit. He covered all the bases. He took time to explain every detail of how to determine leakage. He cleaned the unit thoroughly (many leaves, acorns and even peanuts inside unit, from squirrels.) He retested and calculted everything before and after welding a line and adding a few lbs of Freon. He also diligently taped up openings / cracks in the handler ducts in garage, retesting them also. It is much cooler now, finally!

Since my unit is 12 years old, it was more prudent to get what use I can before making an expensive valve repair. He will also work up a quote for new system, in which everything will be completely replaced. He will honor that price until you are ready to proceed.

We have used north pole several times. The owner is just an amazing person - he is so hard-working. We have had two times in the last couple of years two of our AC units decided they were not going to work that day. North Pole got to us that day keeping us informed of how the day was going of what time he could come. Prices are extremely fair especially since he comes the second he can. No upsell only exactly what you need. The maintenance he recommended would have saved us an emergency call months later.

It's always a relief when you find a repair professional that you can trust. I found my A/C repairman in Lisandro. Fantastic service, explained everything he was doing, professional, friendly, and good value for the work provided. I'd recommend North Pole in a heartbeat.

I would like to say that Lisandro has gone above and beyond! I reached out to him and another company. Unfortunately, the other company reached back first and I went with them. BUT!!! Lisandro has far exceeded my expectations with his help and advice! I told him about my issues and he was able to troubleshoot over the phone what the problem was, without touching the unit. He has walked me through what I needed to do, ask and what to expect from the company I did use to make sure they were doing the job correctly. After the company came back out to figure out the issue, it was exactly what Lisandro stated the problem was. And even after letting him know that I wasn't going to have him service the unit because it would void the labor warranty given. He has continued to give me feedback and checks in with me to monitor the units progress. I can honestly say that he is hands down an honest and very trustworthy man. I already told him that when, if I ever need someone to help service or maintain my units, I will not hesitate and reach out to him. You will not be disappointed with him!

I took a chance and contacted North Pole Air Conditioning to service my AC unit. I was not disappointed, Mr. Lisandro provided amazing service and more amazing customer service. He arrived on time and prior to beginning the job, he took the time to explain in clear and concise terms what he planned to do. After completing most of the work, which included, clearing debris from my unit, checking and cleaning coils, etc. Lisandro again took time to explain the condition of my unit and its level of functionality. Although I knew nothing about how AC units work, after Mr. Lisandro completed the job, I felt that I had a good understanding of many of the parts of the unit and their functions. After Mr. Lisandro left, I felt satisfied that I had made a good decision in hiring him to service my AC unit.

Fast, Friendly and Fairly priced!

We had an emergency situation this week and the owner worked his schedule around to see us after his normal hours in the early evening. The project was complicated by the age of the unit, but he was able to procure the older, obsolete hardware required to make the unit work with the new motor system. They completed the project quickly, and saved our situation.

I would recommend Lisandro Fernandez and his company for anything HVAC related.

Lisandro installed a brand new unit for us and we couldn't be happier! His pricing is very fair, and he was able to complete the project in one day. He brought temporary air conditioning so we could remain comfortable, and he was very efficient, helpful and tidy. You can really tell that he puts pride into his work and loves what he does. It's rare to find someone this trustworthy and passionate about his skills these days.We cannot recommend him enough!

Update 9/2018: Lisandro's great customer service has exceeded my expectations again! On Sunday night, I realized my AC had stopped working. It was late, so I sent a message via the North Pole website and made a plan to phone the next morning. When I called on Monday morning, Lisandro said he got my website message, already squeezed me onto the schedule, and would be over shortly. Impressive! He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the capacitor. AC was back on and my dogs and I were happy.

Rude. Will not provide an estimate. Asked me to go and look for another contractor even before assessing our situation at home. Wow man. Great way to do business! Ticking off your customers! Not recommended! Stay away.

Lisandro and his company are great. This is how a business should be run. I've used his service twice now, once for a repair and once for maintenance, and he has always shown up on time and very friendly. He explains what he is doing, why he is doing it, and tries to educate you on how everything works. There are no surprises with him and his prices are very fair.
