Was looking for easy dinner near our VRBO condo and found this gem! The lumpia were incredible as was the draft beer selection. My burger was one of the best ever and I am picky about burgers. Ate outside on the back patio and it...was okay - could use a little more greenery to dress it up but the food is good enough to overcome the lack of ambiance. Also, the waitress was great - helpful and friendly and the service was perfection.More

Perfect brewery in N Phoenix. Great brews and don’t sleep on the food either! Always a great time, with beers for everyone and a menu that has just about anything one would want, pizza, lumpia, burgers, fish and chips, the list goes on. Highly recommend...this spot.More

We stopped at North Mountain in order to kill time between our rental checkout and our flight. The location is a bit odd- across from a car repair shop and a funeral store, but the food was good and service was great. I enjoyed the...blackberry kolsch- fruity and light, a great summer drink. Others in my group enjoyed the seltzer. Service was great- she checked on us frequently, offered suggestions on food/drink, was very friendly.More

Just visiting Phoenix and decided to give them a try. Hubby ordered a flight of 6, ($12) while I opted for a glass of Chardonnay ($6…my mistake) Beers were meh….. not bad, just nothing to write home about. I didn't bother to finish my wine....Ordered the cottage pie ($17) and it had very good flavor. I ordered the signature dish, Candy’s Filipino Fried Rice ($20) and was disappointed. Expected more meat for the price point. Peanut sauce (served on the side) was good. Our server was Megan and she was terrific.More

Great local beers! We love craft beer and seek out breweries everywhere we travel. We tried the golden ale, oatmeal stout, and Belgian quad which were all quite well done and even served in the appropriate glasses for each type of beer! These guys know...what they’re doing! The only thing that disappointed us was the beer cheese. The beer was fantastic but I’d pass on the beer cheese & pretzels next time as I’ve had much better elsewhere.More

The Fried Rice is absolutely amazing. Lumpia appetizer is a must-do. Burgers, Fish & Chips, and Poutine are worthy of a return visit. I had the Scottish Ale tonight, which was different but really good.

Nice selection of craft beers. Active in community with events going on all the time. The food isn't bad, basically your usual pub grub.

Exactly the place we searched for on Yelp also. It turned out to be a "hidden gem" near where we were and we were hungry. They really have good local beers to choose from. Great selection. The place was crowded and the service was surprising...great. We tried the local beer with BBQ sliders. Delicious. Our server Peder was terrific and serviced our eating and drinking needs quickly. Happy we found this place. Plenty of parking behind brewery.More

Great selection of on-prem craft beers; including two IPAs I tried. We shared a pizza and it was as good as I've had in quite awhile. If the rest of the menu is as good as the pizza, I'd go back even if I didn't...drink beer. Friendly and helpful bartender, and the place wasn't too noisy.More

Very friendly! We sat at the bar and had excellent service. Food was delicious! We had the southwest burger and the Thai pizza which were both awesome. The only reason I didn't rate them a 5 was because they were a little too busy and...were running out of glassware and slightly frantic. With that said, the staff handled it well and customer service didn't fall through the cracks. Also there was a little Miss in the bun of the burger being cold but it was brioche and still tasted great! We had a couple flights of beer and enjoyed all the options. All said excellent experience!More

We were in town for a vacation weekend from Indiana. As typical with most vacations, we try to find a local brewery. This was 2 miles from our hotel, so we chose it purely based on location. The entire dinner was amazing. First the important...part - we tried 10 different beers. They were all very good and well crafted. Typically I've found that breweries try to cram so much hops in most of their beers, that the flavors begin to run together. Although they did have a beer with 211 IBUs (seriously...I didn't know the scale even went that high!) most of their beers had less than 40. Traveling with my pregnant wife, I was really hoping that we didn't have to settle for average food...and we didn't. I forget the entire story of how the menu became so diverse (maybe the 10 beer samples...lol) but everything we tried was amazing. Homemade spicy peanut sauce was icing on the cake for me. It had outdoor seating (altough it faced the road,) a family dining room, and plenty of TVs. We were hoping to catch Sunday night football, but we enjoyed the night so much outside, that we forgot about the game. I think the brewery alone was enough of a reason to come back to Phoenix!More

Locally owned and operated. Brew is great! they have an outstanding porter that I can't get enough of!! Offerings change weekly so call or check website. Food is superb too! Not just a bunch of fried crap. The crab dip with marscapone is amazing and...the mac and cheese is some of the best I've had! Live music on weekends. Specials during the week. We love this place and go a couple of times a month at least.More
