Great Customer Service.

Great Customer Service. Daijah at Niello VW provided my wife with free use of brand new VW while they fixed our vehicle on a re-call and leakage which they said was covered as well. I would recommend this dealership to my family & Friends.

This is the time to write a review with complete honesty

This is the time to write a review with complete honesty and transparency. I booked my 10k car service appointment and it was scheduled today. I walked in and the car has been in the workshop from 8am- 2pm. All this time I’m sitting in the customer lounge and I got lucky enough to watch the car most of the time, literally for 2 hours from those 6 hours, the car parked and no one is working on it. I’ve reported 3 major issues for my car and the response from the service advisor was lacking any communication skills, specially the voice tone that was loud and defensive . Every item of what I asked for was claimed to be checked or given excuse that “we couldn’t reproduce the issue”. The coolant is leaking (or some other manufacturing issue) and I have to fill it every now and then, she said nothing needs to be done. very disappointed and I’m seriously thinking to cancel the service contract. I’ve been watching other service advisors and how they respond to their customer and I believe it’s my luck to be assigned to this service advisor who it seemed to be defensive and aggressive. She didn’t want to listen and she was not cooperative at all. Even the windshield wipers had issues and she could have change them and she said nothing wrong with them and I told her they had issues without accompanying me and go to check it together. I’m going to escalate this to more senior management in niello and if nothing happen, will indeed cancel my service contract and go to any car service that know how to deal with customers in more professional way.

Good communication.

Good communication. Prompt service. Very professional easy to change my original alone. I was able to to a night drop off which made it convenient .Travis was great with followup communication.
