Nadeau's Plumbing & Heating

My 80 yr old mother had issues with her furnace over Thanksgiving. After spending 2 days attempting to fix it they told her she needed a new furnace. They installed a new one for $8900. The worst part is the technicians did not clean up after the job. They left the basement floor covered in soot and mud. It took her the better part of a week to clean it, and there are still stains on the floor. Cleaning up after a job should be a given. Just normal decency.

My experience with Nadeau's has been awesome. Jacques is one of the most customer service oriented peope I have ever worked with. His professionalism is way above par. His knowledge of the Caldera Spas, and everything related, is really impressive. Jacques helped me replace a Caldera Spa on my deck up at Jay Peak. He went above and beyond to make this happen. The whole experience was a pleasure. I'm looking forward to working with him and with Nadeau's on future projects. Thank you Jacques!

I am renovating my small house a little at a time while I live in it. Nadeau's has been extremely good to me and they fit in my jobs when they can. They are very professional, friendly, and they have guys that understand old houses. I wish more contractors had Nadeau's attitude instead of the usual, "Your job's too small, get lost."
