Good company with great benefits
HR/Administrative Manager (Current Employee) - Tucker, GA - March 17, 2017
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedGood company but not a lot of opportunity for advancement in current structure. Employee focused with strong emphasis on good work /life balance. EIC does a good job making work fun and celebrating employees.
Pros
Flex days, lots of paid holidays
Cons
Small company so responsible for things outside of normal duties

Interesting Job and a Learning Experience
Compliance Manager (Former Employee) - Tucker, GA - February 6, 2017
I was not an employee of National Housing Compliance. I was hired as a Independent Contractor. A typical day would be to travel to the property for an audit. Usually I drive 6 to 10 hours in my vehicle there and back.....specifically when auditing down state (Illinois). Upon arrival it is not uncommon to spend at least 5 hours auditing however that time could extend to 6 or 8 hours depending on the condition of the property's files and other documents. When leaving the property I felt great knowing that the property is in compliance with HUD Regulations and policies. The work days are long however the job is rewarding.
Pros
Worked from home
Cons
Extreme amount of driving
