The people and employee culture are the best parts of Motiva. Most people are willing to help each other reach the overall goal of the company.

Coworkers and pleasant work environment.

Many,many contractors whose opinions valued more than employees. Company trips over itself to increase diversity and it shows. Most new hires are minority and female. Good luck to white males, you go to the way back of the line and will be passed over.
