      Our insurance company is contracted with Mitchell International. This review is to inform anyone who has to go through an insurance claim with an insurance company who contracts with them. They are fraudulent. Do not accept anything they list on a report. Question everything and contact the sources they use to value your vehicle. They will intentionally deceive dealers to obtain low values. They do have not have any qualifications when obtaining car valuations. They will ask anyone who answers a phone for a number and make up anything they can do obtain the lowest one possible. They will then refuse to speak to you and advise you to contact your insurance company. Do not trust them and refuse to let your insurer use them if you can!

      Don't use this company they are the worst auto glass software company that I've ever seenAnd now they're threatening to me me to collections And ruin my credit because their software sucks

      This is a convenient location right off Hwy 15 near Miramar for I-CAR training classes after work. Our instructor is knowledgeable and moves through the material quickly enough so we're not in class all night.

      The classroom appears to be held in their company break room, so snacks & sodas are convenient and the restrooms are down the hallway. I would recommend these classes for those in the general automotive collision repair industry.

      Food got really good in the last month. Really good tri tip. Great turkey. Wouldn't eat anywhere else! Ask for Frankie's hot sauce. It may be relabed as Frankie Patel.

      ! Very poor customer service. I deal with customer service for a living and I would lose my job if I handled the case they way they are. I'm a small business owner that they took advantage of. I still have to use their product no matter what. But I will never pay for their service and I will bad mouth them as much as I possibly can on the poor customer service and taking advantage of small business owners when they can. I'm the sucker here.

      If I could give this company a Zero I would. I have never in my life dealt with a company so pathetically out of touch with half of its customers base, the Body Shop.

      As a Body Shop manager, I am forced to use the Mitchell products if I am to my direct relationship with certain insurance companies. I am well into the thousands of dollars a month to this company and I get better service from Walmart employees than I do from this company.

      If you need help from their tech support services, be prepared to wait at least 2 hours and know more than likely the bus boy they just hired from their favorite restaurant is barely brighter than a second grader who will than pass your information on to an "Engineer". If you are lucky said "Engineer" will report back to his minion who may or may not call you back for a day or two.

      Their products are old, antiquated , cumbersome and less than intuitive. What most would thing should take two steps Mitchell makes it 5 steps. In this day and age of cloud computing they are still mailing monthly update DVDs. That alone speaks volumes.

      After waiting on hold for nearly 4 hours to get a tech on the line a few months ago I finally had enough and emailed the company officers I found on the Mitchell website. I was pleasantly surprised to find how quickly was concerns were addressed. Lots of talking points to smooth me over but very little action.

      I am so done with Mitchell, I really wish I could take my thousands of wasted dollars a month and give it to a company that cares!!

      The food has been consistently getting better and better since I started at Mitchell 6 months ago. Fresh ingredients, great recipes. Keep up the good work guys!

      Stuck in a contract that auto-renews. Be careful, this is how they get you, read your contract. Most insurance companies are migrating to CCC now, so Mitchell is becoming less and less relevant. I'm now stuck paying for stuff I don't need, some if which does not work as as well as it should. I was just told that their Tech advisor is not OE, and that Alldata is the only one that is; so, stuck paying for that. They scanner also sucks and with the current environment in the Auto Body industry, you need to use OE scanners, and so far the only company that can do that is asTech. Do your research, talk to other body shops. Mitchell is the equivalent to AOL dial up, to the rest of the industry. Right now, I use CCC One for estimates and management and I am very pleased. I use asTech for scans, very pleased. I will be signing up for Alldata this week. Meanwhile, I have too pay for this Mitchell crap. $900 for a year and $200 for the year after that. FOr things that are not accepted by our business partners and things that are not accepted as OE.

      The pork pozole today was excelente. Just the right amount of flavor and spice. I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered it was back on the menu. You can fix it up the way you like it with cabbage, limón and tortilla chips. The only thing I would like to add is some radish on the side. I'm really hoping they make this a weekly treat!
