There are only 2 reasons to work here: fully remote, most of your team (approx 80%) will be wonderful people.

Incompetent leadership. They don't value you at all. They are outsourcing 70% of the jobs to India and Jamaica for highly sensitive client services, leaving the internal team to mop up the mess made by the global team. The hiring managers are extremely shady and discriminate based on all of the illegal things (gender, work gaps, etc.). This is part of larger company combined of multiple small companies which equals fractured processes, chaos, and favortism which means the most grossly under qualified people are promoted to management.

I worked with many great team members there. Worked 100% remotely. (Only because the company wanted to save $$ and moved to smaller offices)
Cons
Lack of good upper management people. Low pay. "Flexible PTO", which means you can't accumulate holidays and the company does not need to pay any unused PTO when they laid off employees.

Everybody logs off at 5pm.

While the title is Product Manager, a lot of time it feels like you’re just a Product Owner, or may be that is just how it is for lower level product managers. Everything is very top-down. As a lower level product manager, you don’t get to do a lot of things that a “typical” product managers at other companies would do. Since the approach and culture here is quite top-down, it could be not empowering.

I had a really good team there. Everyone helped out and it was easy to get time off.

Upper management liked to micro manage. I was laid off with a large number of other employees.
