My wife has been happy with this office for years now but in both of my visits here I have had a negative experience. She dismissed a sincere question from me in both visits - one asking about getting my testosterone tested and then asking about the covid vaccine. Her answers were disappointing for a practice claiming Evidence Based Family Medicine.

The only doctor i've ever been to that has actually made me worse by going to see them.

Came in because of high anxiety and stress and over the counter medication was not helping. Recommended everything I was already doing and acid reflux medication.

What the f**k?!

But I guess I shouldn't have expected more from the same doctor who said Korean doctors are overly cautious about their patients. I'd rather have a doctor that is doing everything to make sure i'm ok than a doctor who does little or in this case, nothing, to actually help.

Miranda McCormack and her staff were extremely professional and courteous. My experience with this practice was very rewarding. The doctor was both patient and thorough. She offered practical solutions and constructive advice . I highly recommend this office for its warm, friendly, courteous and professional service.

Dr McCormack and staff are excellent people. She is very detailed oriented and is always kind. She spends a lot of time talking to you and is easy to talk to. Never have waited for more than 5 or 10 minutes. Very knowledge Dr.!

I went to Dr. McCormacks for an annual wellness exam and while there, they had some generic lab testing performed and sent it of to a laboratory company. When doing so, they did not tell me that they only use one lab testing company. They also did not bother to check if my insurance would be covered through the laboratory services they use. So in the end, I'm having to pay full price out of pocket for labs that my insurance would have covered 100% if it was done using an in network lab. In addition, this dr ordered me to have an x Ray performed. She asked me herself where I would like to go and I told her that I didn't have a preference and I just wanted to go somewhere my insurance covered. She then picked a imaging center that she said was the fastest. When I went there I was lucky enough to find out before the X-ray that my insurance was not covered by that company. I was pretty confused that my dr would send me there when I specifically said I wanted to go somewhere covered by my insurance. I was lucky enough to avoid paying that out of pocket service.
After getting the bills I called to ask this Drs. office why they hadn't used a lab that was covered by my insurance, they claimed that they don't have access to that kind of information and they only use one lab service. I also asked why they didn't bother to tell me about there very limited service as I would have seeked to get my labs performed elsewhere so I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. They then proceeded to say that they didn't know what my insurance covered. Basically they said it's not their responsibility to know what patients insurance covers and they don't care what you'll have to pay in the end. I didn't know that I had to check where everything my in network doctor sends out of office if it's covered by insurance. Would have been nice if they took a minute out of their time to explain that they only use one laboratory service and didn't know their coverage on patients . Would have also been nice if they cared about what their patients have to pay. No remorse from the front office and I'm stuck paying these bills that could have been avoided.

Don't go to her!!!!!!

She is morally and ethically a HORRIBLE doctor. She wrote down the wrong codes regarding my visit to the insurance company. I don't know if she did it to get more money or if it was a mistake on her part but when I asked her about it she refused to change what she submitted to the insurance company. Since my insurance wouldn't pay for the visit she billed me directly for the visit. When I refused to pay she sent me to a collections agency. I'll never go to her ever again and we suggest you stay away from her.

From the minute you walk into Dr. McCormack's office, you realize its not like all those other corporate Dr's offices. My daughter and I have been going to Dr. McCormack for over two years and have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to see the Dr. And once she is in the room with you, you never feel rushed. She takes the time to thoroughly ask about all health issues and explain anything you may have questions about. She is extremely personable and intelligent, exactly what I want in a Family Doctor.

Dr. McCormack and her staff are unbelievably professional and very caring. She squeezed me in and I was able to be seen that day. Then she took lots of time to listen to me complain of my aches and pains.
I felt so confident in her abilities and I have never seen a doctor who seemed so invested and devoted to her patients! Thanks Dr. McCormack!
